Cracker Barrel use to be known for their meats, biscuits and gravy. Now the biscuits are thin and not fluffy, the bacon is tissue thin, and they have no help. the last 2x we've been there we waited over 2 hours for eggs and bacon. Tables all around weren't clean off. Our waitress was working very hard and super sweet.

food was good. staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

I do hope someone rather than a local manager sees this. Please fix your carryout experience or just simply shut it down. My family and I have attempted to carry out at this Fenton location two times now this year. One time was for three orders of pancakes and it took Over 40 minutes. The other time was for three meals, including three children it took approximately an hour. I understand that Covid necessitated carry out in order for people to stay in business… Covid is over. And maybe your carryout program should be as well.

We waited 40 minutes party of 7 adults three toddlers and was put at different tables.. Different servers so we couldn't sit where we wanted it had to be on different tickets. Disappointing!! Its 10:36 third dinning hall in middle. Hostess . Management differently put no thought into our dining experience.. 😡

We love this Cracker Barrel! Food and service is always great! Only downfall is how busy it gets, but I guess that good for them! Lol

Met my brother for late breakfast. Told waitress we need separate checks and placed our orders. She did note my food allergies. Drinks were delivered promptly. The wait for our order wasn't too bad. I noticed that instead of providing mayo in a tiny black cup, I was given a packet of mayo (that's a first). My brother requested extra syrup for his pancakes. He got one bottle and more in a tiny black cup. Odd again. She was good about refilling my brother's drink but not mine (hot water). She dropped off one ticket and I had to reiterate we wanted separate checks. She apologized then returned with two checks. I noticed she charged me $3.99 for a cup of coffee which I did not order so I had to flag her down again. She said she wrote on her pad coffee cup with hot water and forgot so she changed my check. We both frequent Cracker Barrell locations and notice that most do not wipe their tables or chairs clean in between customers. Other than that, nothing left to comment.

Our server was very nice and sweet. She went beyond the call of duty to make our dinner enjoyable.

After the usual wait for our order, we were informed that they were out of the meatloaf my wife had ordered. She then asked for the campfire beef, and they were out of that as well. She settled for campfire chicken and it was overcooked and dry. NOT OUR BEST CRACKER BARREL VISIT !!!!!!!!
