Always very clean and the help are always very helpful. Sometimes the food is very small and not hot . Most of the time the food is very good . The prices are reasonable as all the restaurants the cost has gone up . Cracked Barrel is one of our favorite restaurants.

Overpriced and underwhelming food! Luke warm meals with skimpy sides and absolutely nothing under $12. It was 6:30pm and they were slow and now I can see why. But there was no reason for cold food. Only the chicken seemed fresh. Nothing tasty about. The waitress, she was fine - not her fault. If the company is not in bankruptcy it ought to be. We will certainly never be back!

We had a 45 min wait for a table. There were plenty of open tables in the dinning room. We get seated and knew what we wanted. When the waitress came to the table we placed our order. She was very apologetic. My husband only eats the meatloaf with dumplings and hash brown casserole & Mac n cheese. The waitress informed us that they were out of meatloaf and dumplings. She went and double checked with the kitchen and they didn't have any in the oven either. This was around 8 pm and the restaurant is scheduled to be open until 10. She was very apologetic again and told us there was another C.B. in Arnold, MO. We drove to that one and we're seated right away. Our waitress came to take our order and informed us that they were out of meatloaf as well as several other items. She also was very apologetic when we told her this was our second attempt at getting meatloaf. We left without eating, again. We were very disappointed.

Every single time we place an online order we have to wait upwards of an hour after the designated pickup time. I’ve never once had a pickup order be ready any sooner than 30-60 minutes after when the app said to be there. Pickup and curbside order are not taken seriously and definitely are not cared about in the least I really love the food but it might be time I find a new carry out place.

If I could leave 0 stars I would, we got there at 5, sat down at 5:30 didn't see our server till I complained at 6pm we haven't seen anyone, we were told food would come out in no more than 10 or 15 minutes we waited an hour and 30 minutes! We asked for our food to go waited another 15 minutes for that and then to get back and open to find we got the wrong food!!! No silverware to eat with and no sauces at all! To say I am livid at this experience is an understatement. We had our 1 year old son with us who started screaming so I left and waited in the car with him till my husband got our food. Never ever going back here, don't waste your time either.

Hash brown casserole was burnt or old and pancake was undercooked and still doughy. Server took pancake back and had to argue with cook to make a new one, which was much better.

I was so disappointed!!! The gravy was insipid and I had to doctor it; the sweet potatoes were poorly seasoned; the green beans were virtually inedible; the turkey lacked flavor (other than just turkey. We did enjoy the fried apples, cranberries and mashed potatoes. Never again! Ordered this same meal 2 years ago and had no complaints. This was awful.

Parking: Depends what time of the day you are there.

We had planned our day Black Friday shopping with breakfast at Cracker Barrel. We were surprised there was a limited menu. We were immediately seated and our server let us know she would be with us shortly. Food arrived in a little slower than normal but was still arrived in a timely manner.

Arrived at 10 o’clock, put our reservation in for seven people. We were finally called at around noon. They said they were going to text us, but they never did. Went up to the host station. No one was there to seat us. I walked through the restaurant looking for someone to help us. Finally Christine, the hostess brought us to a table for four. I told her we reserved a table for seven. She impatiently said here’s one for four and over there across The aisle is a table for three. We had out of town family with us and we were very disappointed with not being able to sit together. We told her that. She became very angry threw our utensils on the table,
Spoke terribly impatiently to us and walked away. It was the most awful action that I have ever experienced. Our server was very good. We finally were able to eat in a hurry, because we wanted to be together. We left at 1 o’clock. So, got there at 10 took two hours to be seated. I just hope a higher up hears about this And does something about this. Christine should Absolutely be reprimanded Because of her actions.

No service. , and tables of other customers near me. Yelling for a waitness. Only to be told ,you not my table. I gave up and walked out with never even having been spoken to by waitress after sitting there...
Another customer has to walk up to the kitchen door and beg for a fork. So she can eat her food which is getting cold. That place is a disaster.

No 800 number to call the complying.Evidently corporate don't care if their customers are happy or not.I should have cussed somebody on the way out

This was my first visit back in 8 years because of the bad experience I previously had and I was impressed!!!!

I must say I don't normally give a 5 star and especially on service because I watch everything and judge based on the service for the waitress, but Lisa was amazing and gave me time to decide what I wanted without pestering me she was very attentive and made sure I had refills as I wanted and kept my dishes in check so that I had a clear table. The restaurant was very clean and organized and the staff was knowledgeable and very nice and the food was amazing!!!!

We went purely for the shopping. My lovely wife was looking for Christmas party exchange gifts. She found a nice Christmas ornament for one party and a lovely light up angel for the ladies church group party. She also found a light up church like the one we have that our granddaughter who just got married loves so she bought one for her . In addition she got Thanksgiving cards for our younger grandchildren. She wandered around and satisfied her shopping fix.
I managed to get out without buying any candy.
It was a good day.

Parking: There are several handicap parking spots and lots of other parking. There is room to get a camper in but it is not as good as some Cracker Barrel businesses that we have visited.

Wheelchair accessibility: It is flat from the parking lot into the store and all around.
