After having a bad experience at a previous store, I didn't have high expectations, but they were very quick about filling the order. And having it ready, even before I got to the store which I was only like 10 minutes away. And the employee that brought it out to my car was very courteous. So I were to say they hit it out of the park as an understatement

Never fails.. we order here to much and this will most definitely be the last time. Not sure who the gentlemen is answering the phone we waited over a hour Thomas “the manager” just sounds so unphased and unprofessional on the phone. I get being busy but when I asked him to contact the driver he said he’s probably getting gas. 30 mins later still no food. It’s free to have good customer service and that prolly would’ve made the situation 10x better but yea. I’m done with this restaurant.
