my family was disrespected by two elderly women at the front counter. We walked in and instantly profiled as a problem. I have 2 children with ADHD so no they are not silent and yes they are fidgety. They forgot a coffee of mine and then talked bad about us in the kitchen loud enough for our friend to hear. They didn't treat her any better maybe they don't like p.o.c. in that shop, which she is.

The donuts are delicious but Mary Ann was extremely rude from the moment we walked in. We were the only ones there and my kids were trying to look and see what they wanted and she was impatient and annoyed that we didn’t immediately know what we wanted. I ordered and paid for waters and chocolate milk so my 5 year old opened the refrigerator and tried to grab a chocolate milk and she corrected him to close it “because it’s a refrigerator.” Great donuts, super clean establishment, but Terrible customer service.

We used to go to Old Time Donuts when they were in House Springs after sunday mass. That was more than 20 years ago. Love their bacon maple long john. Hmm so 👍 good.
