Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Came around lunch time- ordered a single bacon cheeseburger and cheese fry, no drink and still somehow the total was over $13. Not what I came to review though- my burger was cold and actually pink in the middle, unsure how this can happen with a burger patty that is so thin. They must've had my burger on the grill all of 45 seconds. Then instead of putting the burgers in a box like they used to they put it in a weird sandwhich bag that just makes everything soggy. The fries came in a box, unsure why they can't use the same box for the burger. Very disappointing to have an inedible burger that cost almost $8 by itself. Will no longer be back- this is the second time I have been to this location and received horrible quality food

horrible manager named lana here! she has a disgusting attitude towards customers for absolutely no reason at all! i told her my food was messed up she started cussing at me in-front of my children. also she does not wear gloves at all, that's disgusting...

Can’t recommend a lettuce wrap we had to get a refund as it definitely wasn’t kept fresh. Also I had to drive all the way back out in person to get the refund which was inconvenient.

I ordered a single burger plain in the drive thru, but the charged me wrong and when I confronted to employee named Jeanatte gave me a dirty look before trying to fix it but luckily TJ was there to help thank you for him but after they fixed it it was better thanks TJ

I go to Freddy to get a well done burger with crispy edges and I get a haft done bloody burger.
I have pictures if corporate wants to see them.
Very disappointed don’t think I’ll go back there.

Omg the pot roast sandwich was AWESOME!!!!!! I had it on sourdough bread instead of sub bread and added Swiss cheese and got aju !!!! Sable was so helpful and sweet!!! 😊

Such a clean establishment. I picked up food for some family and this Freddie's location did a great job with the order.
I didn't personally eat the food this time but it looked good and was hot and freshly made.

So, I ordered some cheese fries and a burger from this spot, went out to my truck, and discovered they had forgotten to put my burger in the bag. This was pretty frustrating, so there was only one thing I could do.
I stormed back in the store, interrupting a lobby full of customers and said HEY!! WHICH ONE OF YOU FORGOT MY BURGER? WHICH ONE OF YOU SLIDER SLINGERS IS GONNA HAVE TO COME OUTSIDE AND FIGHT ME FOR OWNERSHIP OF THIS RESTAURANT!?!
I then held a tournament outside where the employees and customers had to battle one another until, finally, one of them stood victorious above all others. They then would have gotten to battle me for full dominance of the Freddie's, but then the cops showed up and we all had to scurry.
Nah, that's not really what happened. I just brought the forgotten burger to their attention courteously and they apologized and gave me my missing burger. Honest mistakes, both the burger and this review. We all get confused sometimes.
Burger and cheese fries were pretty good though.

Extremely Disappointed – Poor Service & No Urgency

This was my first visit to Freddy’s and likely my last. I placed a mobile order ahead of time for a mini chocolate concrete with two mix-ins to save time. When I arrived, I was handed a vanilla concrete instead. I asked the young man taking orders to check my receipt, and he confirmed it was supposed to be chocolate. He was polite, helpful, and promised to get it fixed – he's the only reason this review isn’t completely zero stars. (Shout out to the young guy at the counter wearing a belt – great customer service.)

Unfortunately, the experience went downhill from there. The woman making the concretes (black hair, eyebrow piercing) gave an annoyed and arrogant look when told she made the wrong item. Instead of correcting it promptly, she ignored the mistake and continued making every other order ahead of mine, even though I had ordered ahead specifically to avoid a wait.

After finally finishing all the other orders, she walked away for a few minutes. I had to move into view just to remind them I was still waiting. The same kind young man was visibly surprised I hadn’t been helped yet. He tried to find the ice cream maker, who then told him to just remake it himself, which he did.

In short:
5 stars for the kind employee at the counter.

0 stars for the rude, unprofessional behavior of the employee making concretes.

1 star overall for my first visit to Freddy’s being an unnecessarily frustrating experience.

If you can’t get a basic mobile order right or fix your own mistake in a timely manner, that’s a serious service issue.

Had a great time at freddy's fenton, wonderful customer service and such a caring and understanding staff that helped me through my first time at freddys and 10/10 food, Do recommend, will be coming back soon.
