All tables and floors were dirty. The workers did not look groomed. It was not a place my family will return

Absolutely amazing experience going here especially with all the help from Lana she was such an amazing help her personality made me feel alot better being I haven't been to this one before I absolutely will return thank you Lana for all your hard work

Fenton employs a terribly rude supervisor named Lana who is unprofessional, treats all the other employees and customers poorly , and is almost always sitting down complaining. Her attitude stinks as does her service level. Freddy's should do better and not employ people like this. I won't spend money there until she is gone.

Horrible burgers dry and cold only the fries are good sometimes. Also very expensive for what you get not worth the money.

How do you mess up a smash burger, it’s supposed to have crispy lace edge's and done not freaking raw with pink in it. Absolutely ridiculous. Team obviously has no clue how to cook a burger that’s not even thick.

Love Freddy’s. Unfortunately I don’t live close to this one but when I drive 15 to 20 minutes out of my way expect my families order to be right. Missing a burger and my daughter was missing a drink. The other 4 in our house mentioned how overly dry everything was which was chicken strips and fries. Voice frustrations didn’t seem to matter and whomever I spoke with got snarky. Hey, but they offered 2 free custard treats for the overly crumby $70 experience. I’m heading back 20 minutes to waste my time and gas to get your food. Do better or suffer the same fate as your predecessor at that location.

I love Freddy’s and was looking forward to trying this new location. Never going here again! I decided to try ordering on the app because the line was ridiculous. It took forever to get the food, even though the bag with my food was just sitting there by the pickup shelf and yet I couldn’t get anyone’s attention to confirm it’s done and hand me the bag! The employees here just don’t give a damn. The food was beyond cold. The fries were hard. No part of my meal resembled the typical Freddy’s experience but was similar to other recent reviews for this location. Disappointing.

I hate to say this, but my burger was so nasty, the pickles tasted terrible and it was slopped together like they were in a hurry, i could not even finish it and my fries were cold. My husband did like his shake and burger though, but for me it was a no go.

Love Freddy’s, couldn’t wait to open in Fenton. That being said, visited two days ago, all tables were dirty, (we had to clean ours finally) and the onion rings were horrible. They appeared, and tasted like they were fried in old oil. Will not return to that location.

writing this while waiting in the drive thru, a near 30 minute wait with only 3 cars ahead of us. seems to be a reoccurring problem at this location. i understand it being a new and busy location but at least warn people they’ll be waiting longer than expected. if i was stopping on my lunch break i wouldn’t even have had time to eat.
