online ordering is broken - prices dont accurately reflect. was expecting one price and it was $15 more when i came into the place to pay. management acted like i was being a pain. well, thats not how you treat customers. also the "Pupillo's" claim this restaurant makes is false, they arent actually related to them. Which is super weird. food is subpar and overpriced.

My family and I frequent the grand slam on fun themed nights, especially on a Sunday for the Xtreme Bar Bingo! We love all of the regulars and the atmosphere and to have such fun extras as free, bingo with gifts, prizes, and the chance of winning money, cash, etc.! Our food order was 100% correct even when the place was packed and the service was great!
The food is great , service is too slow for such a nice establishment and the loud mouth bingo lady is terrible & extremely loud for such a nice establishment. Ruined our evening & won’t be back because of the obnoxious bingo lady who made waiting to eat a nail on chalk board in the classroom experience. Most people don’t to play freaking bingo while trying to eat a nice meal at the work Christmas party .

11/1/24 around 615 pm we ordered to go meals. Cheeseburger and fries Shrimp dinner with loaded potato extra sour cream, salad Cheeseburger was burnt and had bad taste Shrimp cold and no tartar sauce as requested Potato undercooked Salad no dressing We threw most of it away 40.00 wasted which included 6.00 tip Called immediately and spoke with Michael who said he would call us back, never did!

A group of friends met at Grand Slam on Saturday evening, 9/28/2024, as we had done many times before. The service has been getting progressively worse as time has gone on, but this Saturday was TERRIBLE! Four of the Seven of our group received their meals after only a 15 minute wait. However, the other Three did not get their meals for an additional 15-20 minutes. The hamburger that was brought to the table must have been cooking since the order was placed, because it was so well done it resembled a large hockey puck. And the fries were not delivered with the second group of meals. A salad and the fries were delivered to the table as we were paying for our meals. The manager had absolutely nothing to say and refused to comp any portion of our meals. Needless to say, we will not be going there again.
