I was in your establishment on the 14th with my wife and brother. I ordered a pizza that never came. When I asked the waitress if the pizza was coming out soon she said let me check on it. My wife and brother were done eating when the waitress came back to tell me she forgot to put in my order. We come to your establishment quite often and it's usually a great place to gather.Needless to say this hopefully is a one time situation and thought you should know.

Large menu, large portions and fair prices. Monthly specials including drink specials are available. Ordered a to-go meal with my dinner and they brought it at the same time as my food. Waitress also never refilled my drink which sat empty half the meal. Definitely will give them another try because the food and atmosphere are worth it.

My husband and I were out on a Friday evening looking for some good food and relaxation. We discussed several options and decided to give Grand Slam a try. The weather was great so, of course EVERYONE had the same idea. However, we were greeted by a very sweet hostess who seated us right away - (next to the stage which, we found out shortly was going to be occupied by a guitarist). Our server, Kimberly S was very attentive and pleasant despite being super busy with several tables. Delivery of food was rather slow but, not terrible. Kimberly stopped by to make sure we were taken care of and explained that the kitchen was a bit backed up. Understandable with the crowd. Food was excellent and really enjoyed the music. We will be visiting more frequently.

The hamburger was dry, not flavorful at all. The piece of American cheese was small, thin and dry. It tasted like a dry, bland burger without cheese. The bun was stale. It took a very long time to get our drinks. We submitted the order then the waitress proceeded to clean tables instead of getting out drinks. Atmosphere was good, clean.
The other reviews for this restaurant seemed very hot or very cold so going in, I was a little skeptical. Turns out, this is a nice place with great service. The restaurant was clean, not smoky at all (but not very crowded either), and our server was fast and friendly. Everyone in my party loved their food. One person said the Home Run Salad was worth a return trip. I ordered the fish sandwich and sweet potato fries. Loved the fries but the fish was terrible...mostly breading and fried too hard to eat. I'd go back...but definitely won't have the fish ;).

My newfound delight. Pupillo's Grand Slam is exactly what you get here. Family owned service with a smile. With a scrolling list of activities from karaoke to bar bingo, to psychic medium nights, you might enjoy some entertainment along side of your meal.The Three Island Tacos with Shrimp are definitely a home-run hit. My only disappointment was seeing the option of shrimp, blackened tilapia or pulled pork, but being restricted to one choice of meat. I'll look forward to my next two visits to try the other two.I am also anticipating great food and service at their sister restaurant Pupillo's Wicked Chicken Cafe.
