Rough day at work, pulled into Hardee’s in survival mode. Alex at the drive-thru absolutely saved the evening — cheerful, quick, and somehow made picking up fast food feel like a VIP experience. Food was hot, order was perfect, and his energy turned my whole mood around. Every drive-thru needs an Alex!
