The waitress was great. There were nine customers and three waitresses. My entire meal, eggs, bacon, ham, and pancake were Cold! I made an excuse to leave, got it to go, paid the bill, and fed it to the racoons. Will never eat there again.

Was having a good experience until I asked for an appetizer to be sent back as it was very burnt and the only thing that could be tasted was burnt crust and old oil, i only ate half a bite of one piece. I told the waiter it wasn't his fault as he didn't make the food but to kindly send it back, I didn't want a remake as the taste immediately killed my appetite for it and could it be comped. However we don't know if the manager took it out the waiter or if the waiter was upset that we asked for it to be sent back because while it was removed due to poor quality, our waiter had an attitude with us at the end. Dropped our bill down, said "You should know the drill" and walked away for another waiter to collect the bill for us. Needless to say it threw us off enough to possibly not come back to this location.

The bad experience started with the waiter not knowing the menu even as well as myself and my fiance. Because of this my fiance got jipped out of 2 items of food. The waiter acted like he couldn’t add a side of pancakes onto his meal and said he had to replace one of the items in his meal instead. We didn’t argue he opted to replace the eggs with 2 pancakes on the breakfast sampler. After this the waiter claimed he had to pick a meat or he could mix and match 2 when the menu clearly states you get ham, bacon, and sausage. I attempted to order the eggs Benedict and clearly stated I wanted to add mixed berry French toast as an additional side. Before the food came back the waiter came back and asked if I had wanted blueberry French toast and I corrected him and said it was mixed berry he mumbled a short “I’ll see what I can do” Once the food came out my fiance was shorted ham and one pancake. My eggs Benedict was cold and I had to ask someone else for my side as the waiter failed to bring the potatoes that were supposed to come with the meal. My French toast was still blueberry, not mixed berry and also was extremely burnt. I personally have never had a bad experience with this IHOP until today and I have frequented this location. I will not be back after tonight.

Ok to start off the bathroom was dirty and this was 8am in the morning there was only three other people in dining. Breaks was well over 100$$ almost 140 for 5 people and the coffee was disgusting and 4$ in itself. The kids meals which used to come with drinks now charge drinks separately and do not ask for a refill because those are charged as well.. now onto the food; I ordered a omlet and it was gross. It tasted like fake butter(margine) not a fan and had weird peices of they said it steak but definitely did not taste like it. I took maybe 2 bites out of it. My child ordered pancakes and they were very over done. I asked them to be remade because well she's won't eat them being burnt and they charged us for the remake?? Since when??The other two children had eggs and toast which is what they wanted. And fiance had the breakfast platter and his food was over done as well.

Great service!! Very friendly staff. The food was great and the coffee is the best.
The food tasted just fine , however I think the price is way too much for the little amount of food that you get. And you can't even enjoy your pancakes, without syrup, running all over and off the plate. I advise you to get bigger plates for pancakes..

Food isn't worth the money. Cheap cheap cheap food for high prices. Very small portions. Sodas were over syrup or seltzer water. Waitress was friendly and helpful. But food wasn't worth the 60$ won't be back.
