I had never patronized this particular Imo's located just off hwy 141 between Fenton and hwy 21 at 133 Fielder Ln. until last night. We had a coupon from this location valid until August 31 for my use on July 17 for a Large 14" 2 topping pizza for $15.99. They would not honor it and charged us $16.99. When I questioned the clerk and then manager, they both claimed their corporate office had raised prices and were forced to increase their prices. It's only a buck but it's the principal of the issue to honor the outstanding coupons until expired. The on duty manager advised me "my issue could be taken up the next day with the owners, who were away". Seriously? He said he was willing to cancel my order and refund my money on a pie that was already made but we needed supper and that stupid solution would waste a pie. I told him my solution was to never ever step foot in this place again. There is poor management IMO to lose a new customer over a dollar. I hope you all understand when reading this that it is not about the $1 but all about the principal of the matter. I savored the pizza knowing it was my last Imo's. They are overpriced anyway compared to their competitors.

This location has gone down hill. Our pizza has been over cooked and burned the last few times. And anytime we order hotwings there's never enough sauce on them. It doesn't even cover the wings. And the sandwiches are extremely slim on the meats and soggy veggies on the inside. I hope they get better bc lately we've been going to other pizza places when this one is in our subdivision. It's just overpriced and mediocre.

I wanted a pizza so i got a medium cheese pizza and the whole bottom part of the pizza was black, making it impossible to eat. Definitely wouldn't recommend this restaurant.
They care about the service they provide. Okay, here's the truth. The food was so good when my girlfriend found out about it. I had to have a second order in the same day. It's that good.
