I order from this store atleast once a week and within the past few months I have seen a decline on quality and portions i ordered a half chef salad and it was not nearly full also ordered a medium deluxe pizza that had no green peppers on it and for some reason everytime I call in they have a totally different name for my number it's really sad to think I might have to find another imos to order from wich sucks cause the one is so close to our house

Gentleman running the show up front pays great attention to detail and you can tell he cares about the food and servicing us. One of the few places that you can trust nowadays. They make damn good pizzas and have good prices for salads as well. (they also blow the dominos across the road out of the water, js) check this imos out if you haven’t, it’s worth it.

Ordered pizza and wings for delivery on a Thursday and pizza was good, the wings were amazing and large!! Ordered a 24 piece wing tonight/Friday the next night and again the wings were amazing!! My wife usually doeant eat them but she went to town on them!!

This place is a joke to say the least. I ordered food about an hour ago. My salad was messed up, I ordered a chef salad and received cheese, lettuce, and crackers, that’s it. I called them and told them about it and the kid literally says “ I don’t know what to do.” Well he comes up with the conclusion of remaking it. Which was fine. I send my husband up there this time. They send him back with a few toppings, no remake. Half of the toppings are STILL missing. It’s ridiculous.

Very upset with the amount of toppings on our pizzas. Prices increase and I get half the toppings? I feel like I got more like cheese pizzas ? What happened to the montra of "every topping In every bite"? ??♀️ Felt like I got robbed of my $60 but we were hungry and they closed so we ate it. But I won't be back. Time to try something new or another franchise at least.

Don't know who you have answering your phone for you but they just lost you a customer, one that has ordered from this location for 15years, and we call first one hung up second one call back and was asked "what do you want" start telling the guy what we wanted ⁷⁷and he cuts us off and places us on hold for a long time and when he does come back to phone hear him pick up then he disconnected phone. Not gonna waste my time with employees like this there are to many pizza places around here for that kind of service.

Been on hold for 14 minutes now. Every 4.5 minutes or so, it rings and the gentleman says "Imos please hold". 1st time, okay, cool, I just called. After listening to the first round of the Imos lady and only being slightly annoyed, I was excited to hear him pick up the line again, only to hear "Imos please hold". Okay, now I'm listening to this lady on the recording again and... it's giving me Idiocracy vibes at this point but I'm still waiting. For the third time the phone rings and the man picks up. In preparation for what he is about to say, I can't help but yell "nooooooo", and before I can finish my breath of panic, he already said the dreaded words, and here I am on hold again. Will I ever get to order? Only time will tell.The line rang for the 5th time.... and oh, was my heart is crushed. I was anticipating another "Imos please hold", and to my utter dismay, I instead heard "Goodbye." and was hung up on. No explanation, no details. I spent a total of 21 minutes listening to the lady on the recording, sticking it out using every ounce of willpower to fight the urge to hang up... all for nothing.Well, Domino's it is!
