I try all the time to give them the business. They are never open. There was a dude sweeping the drive thru after 8am, ignored me completely, no one answered, no one inside, the menu is broken, someone needs to run this place. They would have the business if they were ever open.

I asked for a jumbo platter and I was told at 9:30pm tonight “BREAKFAST is not being served right now”. I have been getting Jack in the from different locations for years and they usually serve breakfast all day!!! They were clearly just being LAZY. I ordered 4 tacos and only received two. drove out of my way. I wish I could give this review 0 stars.

We drive a big truck and hat won't fit in your drive through so we could not eat lunch thank you so much for supporting the working class people of color. Open your dinning room if u open your store . Now I won't be able to eat until dinner

Alyssa was very rude when I told her they did not give us all if our order. She was being very argumentative, so I called my credit card to dispute order. Now they get nothing. Thanks Alyssa. Jack in the box can have you pay for the order.

Mini tacos were great but the jalapeño poppers were a little overcooked. Still pretty decent meal.

Order 6 tacos and a small fry! The fries where old! Asked for a new order and they through the same fries in the fryer and handed me overly hard stale hot fries! Seemed as if I was bothering them! People should take more proud in the job they signed up for!!! Food quality is awful!!! Don’t ever visit this place again!!!

Great service fast drive through and even though I showed up 10 mins before closing the food was great I use to run 2 jack in the box restaurants and the appx 6 mins wait time wasn't that bad either 5 stars all the way for this location

Terrible service. Told us there were only 3 workers working so they could only use the drive through register. We got our food through the drive through, came back inside to eat, and they then came and told us they were going to call the cops on us if we didn't leave. After we had just sat down with our food. No reason whatsoever that we couldn't eat in there at 5:30 on a Monday.

You guys need to change your fryer oil. I came last week and the tacos tasted like the oil, came this week thinking there's no way they are still using that oil and sure enough these tacos taste like burnt oil. I've always appreciated this location because the food is always fresh and never tasted like old cooking oil so please, get it together!

They are pretty much never open when we go there. I like jack in the box food but this place does not have the available employees to be open when suppose to be unfortunately.

Things are tough all over in 2022 and finding the right help is quite a challenge. That was reflected in our experience last week. It's not just JITB, though. It really seems to be industry wide. Here's to hoping things get better sooner than later.

I just want to write a review regarding the friendliness of the staff. I have seen them go out of their way to help a elderly customer. Helping her out to her car and even cleaning it out for her when she asked. Not to many fast food restaurants would do that. That's a good enough reason for 5 stars for me.
