Open until 9pm. Got there at 7:15pm and they were locked up. Employees waved mouthing they were closed.
It’s Saturday 4:45 and I ordered a delivery through the app. After an hour our sandwiches still hadn’t arrived. I tried calling a couple times and there was no answer. So I decided to drive up there and see what was going on or just pick up the order. I get there and the place is closed even though it says they are open till 9 o’clock. So I Guess I will be calling up there tomorrow to see if I can get my money back. Very strange

Jacob at the Fenton location is absolutely outstanding!!!! I was having the worst day and encountered so many rude people, until I came across Jacob at JJs. He is so incredibly kind, patient and friendly and he turned my crappy day around for me! Every time I come to this location I always hope to encounter his friendly face. We need more people like Jacob in this world! Keep up the wonderful work!

It’s 6:30pm and the store closes at 9pm yet they are out of bread? Only wraps or sliced wheat, not their typical bread. I got a “mini” tuna sandwich and I wanted the regular #15. They tried to charge me full price at first for the sandwich I wasn’t even going to get… Hello corporate, I think we need some quality control here. I know people that have worked with JJ‘s, and this is the type of thing that would fail them, just saying. How do you not have bread at a sandwich shop hours before you close?

Just got a sandwich here on 7/12 around 1:30 pm. The short dark haired girl with glasses is probably the laziest Jimmy John's employee I've ever seen. Spaced out when I said what I wanted, the asked me what I wanted. Ordered a number 4. She left the bread in, put about 3x the amount of mayo, virtually no lettuce, only turkey on about half the sandwich. Genuinely the worst sandwich I've had from Jimmy John's. After ready the reviews I'm not only not surprised, but I know this will go no where since it seems the owner doesn't actually care. You guys suck, do better.

I've always had a positive experience here, which is why I keep coming back almost daily. Shout-out to all the hard working-staff (Candace, Eric, Laura, Luke, Shannon, Tristan, and charming redhead Chelsea)! You guys always make it a pleasant visit for me! But get your intercom speaker fixed already! :D Also, please make sure your advertised hours are correct!

I don’t know if this is a front for money laundering or what but this location is never open when their hours are supposed say they should be, service is slow, employees always look annoyed. Passing by this place annoys me. Worst JJ’s I’ve ever been to. Looking forward to the place closing down and being replaced with a nail salon.

I find it very annoying when I go out of my way to go here and the hours online say they are open but when I get there they are closed. This has happened multiple times. It is ridiculous.

We went to this place Monday. Ordered $58 worth of food. It was all wrong. When I went in I was immediately attacked by this red haired worker rudely asking what I wanted. I am 57yrs old & never encountered a group of workers this rude & confrontational. She insisted if my receipt was right my food was right. Refused to remake my food & the manager Gillian who was standing there the whole time refused to refund our money. Said the owner would call me which he never did. 3hrs later after speaking to a different location we went back to try & get our food. The girl who was with me who is Autistic wanted to talk to them. The red head laughed at her the whole time while the manager finally remade our food very reluctantly. They threw our food all around while making it & then shoved our bag at us. I will NEVER EVER step foot into this owners stores again. I think it is terrible they can continue to treat people the way they do. I was very proud of my friend explaining the situation only to be malked & laughed at & belittled the whole time. 😡

BEWARE! Do not support and give your money to this location!!! This owner obviously cant find and retain staff and will work the ONE staff member he may have like a slave while he/she is nowhere to be found to help. Will never give them my money again and I wish more workers would walk out of toxic environments like that!
I have gone here a handful of times (when in that area) and EVERY time it was the same situation. The wait is ridiculous. Yesterday I waited a little over 30mins with only 2 cars in front of me. Numerous cars behind me pulled away- both before and after placing order. Every single time its the same situatuon. No big order, no catering or big online pick-ups. Its always ONE staff member for the whole place. Take inside/drive thru orders, ring people up, make sandwiches, clean dining room. The young girl yesterday said that wasn't even her location- she got pulled from another store so they can open. There is not even a manager in sight to help, as I am sure they don't even have one. This all has to stem from the top.
