BEWARE! Do not support and give your money to this location!!! This owner obviously cant find and retain staff and will work the ONE staff member he may have like a slave while he/she is nowhere to be found to help. Will never give them my money again and I wish more workers would walk out of toxic environments like that!

I have gone here a handful of times (when in that area) and EVERY time it was the same situation. The wait is ridiculous. Yesterday I waited a little over 30mins with only 2 cars in front of me. Numerous cars behind me pulled away- both before and after placing order. Every single time its the same situatuon. No big order, no catering or big online pick-ups. Its always ONE staff member for the whole place. Take inside/drive thru orders, ring people up, make sandwiches, clean dining room. The young girl yesterday said that wasn't even her location- she got pulled from another store so they can open. There is not even a manager in sight to help, as I am sure they don't even have one. This all has to stem from the top.

Would suggest nobody coming here. It blows my mind that it takes north of an hour to make 3 sandwiches. 54 minutes sitting in a drive through is a bit ridiculous.

Was rung up for items they were out of. was told when I was handed my food “we are out of sweet tea, sorry, have a nice day.”

Seriously? Couldn’t have mentioned that at the speaker, or before I handed you my card? Or at any other point during our 54 minutes there?

Was then refused my request to refund the items I paid for and did not receive because they were out of stock.

Thanks for taking up my time, and teaching your employees to take people’s money and refuse a refund.

Don’t bother apologizing, if you cared the problems would’ve been fixed a month ago when everyone else complained about the same issues time and time again.

Never open. Never has bread. Never has employees who wanna work.

I pulled up at 6:57pm. Google says they close at 8pm. Door was locked and employees inside looked at me and quickly looked away. Tried to get their attention and they ignored me.

Sat at the speaker for 15 minutes, had 2 cars pull through right before me. I finally pulled up to the window at 7, just to be told rudely by the red head “Um, we’re closed.” I said “I was sitting at the speaker 15 minutes beforehand though?” and she rolled her eyes and shut the window. This location will never get better, no matter how many owners they go through.
It’d be helpful for you to change your hours online to match what your employees tell us as well.

Slow down and read your orders

Order lunch on the app, my club lulu had only 1 piece of turkey no mayo and I asked for it toasted only to receive it burned to a crisp. This isn’t the first time we’ve received a poor order and honestly it’s just carelessness.

If you read the other reviews, they don't lie. Service and time out for food is awful. If you come here, make sure your expectations are low.

Don't bother trying to order in advance because there's a good chance they wont be open when you show up. I ordered in-app just to waste my time and find this place closed at 7:30 PM, despite operating hours showing it was open until 9 PM. My mistake for not checking the other reviews here first. I will not be returning since the posted hours are seemingly so inconsistent that several others have posted similar experiences. Sad.

Lesson learned: Check your order!
Visited Sunday March 30 around 11am. Drive thru order for two roast beef and cheddar sandwiches and one bag of chips. We didn’t unwrap these until we got home, only to find that there was maybe 2 slices of roast beef on the whole sandwich, smashed in an overly toasted and flat slab of bread. Barely any ingredients—but heavy on the mayo (oh boy).
What a waste of money! These sandwiches are NOT cheap and to get barely any meat?! Basically theft.
This JJ’s has been a disappointment in the past but now I’m finished. I’ll go elsewhere and suggest you do, too.

The cashier asked “what do you want?” when I walked in. The manager wasn’t wearing gloves when she was moving the bread off the trays and the kid making my sandwich slammed the meat down and folded it real quick and made a huge mess. I opened the wrapper and re made the sandwich right next the the register because it was so messy. I threw it away when I walked out. Rude employees and unsanitary practices. Stay away!

Shannan is the best! Great service and great food. Go see her and her team.

Not a hand washing in sight. What I presume was the manager is consolidating bread trays without gloves on and stacking frozen loaves onto a tray for the proofer without gloves. This is mostly RTE food and that's just nasty and poor practice.

First and last time here. The girl with the nose ring has a huge attitude issue. Handed our sandwich at us forcefully with no “thank you” “bye” “have a good day” .. just shoved the sandwich thru a cracked window. Took 15 minutes for one turkey tom. 5 minutes was waiting (the only car) to have our order taken. Yikes. Freaky slow and rude

Went to this location at 7:30pm and it was closed. If it closes early which I see from the comments you guys should fix your hours on google so people don’t waste time going there.
