I walked in and got friendly welcomes from a cheery crew. The cashier helped me figure out what to order for my l kids and was very patient with their picky orders. Our food was fast with no errors. Must be a new group of employees compared to what I read in old reviews. The shorter blonde woman seemed to be the lead. She was giving coworkers positive feedback and was appreciative of their hard work. It’s nice to see a cohesive group like that - you could tell they were happy to be there and happy to help the customers. We’ll be back!

Most disinguine and uncaring staff I've had the displeasure of encountering. The place is randomly closed during business hours due to lack of employees. If the workers are non existent and or miserable i can only assume this is a bad company to work for. Will not be coming back.

i love their sandwiches and the staff are so nice! they recommended i try the pumpkin cookie and it did not disappoint. definitely the best experience ive had at this location, glad to see some positive changes

I stop by this Jimmy Johns on my lunch break frequently. I can tell they have a new crew because they told me a way to make my order simpler - and cheaper- to order, when the old staff never did. Im a regular and I order the same thing every time.

Complete new team behind the counter. This location must have had a lot of staffing issues in the past. It was closed a lot during regular hour and when they were open, the prior employees were not interested. Today’s team was fast and friendly. Ignore the prior comments and eat here so the place is open and these new people stay!

I see a lot of negative reviews about this location so I wanted to post my review. They did a fantastic job with my sandwich. I'm pretty picky and they were very accommodating, and friendly! Also, there was a staff member out cleaning the dining area, and the place already seemed pretty clean. It just felt tidy. They were a little busy so it took a little longer than I would have liked, but they were quick to apologize, and everyone was hustling so I can't fault them. There were also some staff members I've never seen before so my guess is they're making strides to improve (from what I've read on other reviews). Go give them another shot! Thanks JJs!

This location really turned it around - you can tell the crew is totally new! Was greeted with a friendly smile and hello, and thanked when we left. Food was good, service was fast and this will be my new go-to location!

Placed order online before 7 pm, only to receive a call 10 minutes later saying they close at 7 and they had voided my order. Hours say they close at 9 pm. This is not the first time this has happened. JJ’s needs to pull their franchise license from the owner. Horrible service.

Placed an order online and when I showed up to the store no one was there. I tried to call them in the following days and the phone either doesn't connect or no one answers. When I showed up in person they were reluctant to fix the error. On a separate day, I place an order at the drive through and when I tried to redeem my free sandwich rewards they told me that they can't do rewards because it messes up their system. However, the rewards were redeemable if I placed it as a mobile order to the same location. Normally love Jimmy John's but this location is very lacking.
