Second time in a row I've had missing items from my order. This time, both combos were burnt, one was missing a drink, none of the gravy made it, and the fries were obviously old and stale. Avoid this KFC at all costs!

Did not get what we ordered. We ordered a 16 pc meal with just legs and thighs. They gave us a regular 16 pc. Went up there to get a replacement they gave us 8 thighs regular breading that were supposed to be extra crispy. Worst experience from this store.

The store is falling apart every time I come in here my order is always freaking wrong because people don't listen one in order is given to them through the drive through and there's been times that it's happened that way inside the store too I would not recommend the store to anyone

I give this place one star because they run a scam! They offer you to scan a QR code to get KFC coupons via text but tell you that you can’t use the coupons at their location because they don’t have a scanner to scan the coupon. Why have me sign up for something you can’t honor? Not to mention all of the inside furniture seats are ripped and torn and every table wobbles! The evening staff is amazing! They’re always nice and helpful!

Always ungodly slow service and questionable quality. Every now and then I forget how bad it is and come in, I’m always reminded why I mostly avoid it. It’s worse than most other KFCs

They forget one of our meals every time we go, even if we only get 2. Today we had 4 combos that we pulled up and waited 10 minutes for, only to get home and realize one was left out. Won’t be giving them another chance. I recommend going somewhere else unless you live close and have the time to go back and ask for the rest of your meal.
Chicken was good but somewhat greasy. Service good. Very clean.

Fast food = 2 stars. Sat in the drive through for 15 minutes while it was just myself and another car with one at the window. Service here is God awful. All I wanted was sides and when I got to the 2nd phase of the drive through I sat there for another 5-10 minutes before ultimately deciding to leave and I glanced in the window where people were sitting there having a meeting. Yay. Go out of business or hire more people at a better rate holy crap.

Was not impressed with Kfc dinner last night, Fries were so dried out, chicken was ok except for tenders which was also dry. Probably just tried to get rid of the old food so that they can make a new batch and my family was the lucky 1. This location screwed me twice already. Done with this location, Spend your money elsewhere
