Lady in drive thru has bad attitude! Also No dark meat chicken up place is bone dead. Left and went somewhere else for dinner. Wont be back

The food itself was fine, but the service was extremely disappointing. We ordered through Uber Eats, and the restaurant handed our order to someone else without verifying the receipt or order details. Basic verification and common sense were completely lacking.

When the issue was brought to their attention, there was no apology and no effort to resolve the problem. We were left to handle everything ourselves—requesting a refund, reordering, and dealing with the inconvenience.

Poor service, lack of accountability make this place hard to recommend. Proceed with caution, especially when ordering for pickup or delivery.

Waited 30 minutes. Never got my food. Got my money back and left. All these reviews seem spot on. Several other customers were coming in with receipts and messed up orders. This ship is sinking 🫡🤷‍♂️

Ordered online. Went thru drive thru to collect order as we have done in the past. Was told there are 10 orders ahead of ours and to pull forward and wait which we did. 20 min pass. No food. Drive back thru the drive thru. Was told not taking anymore orders (@ 6:50pm on a Thursday). Explained we already ordered. Was told we had to come inside to get the order. Went inside. Was told order would another 20 minutes with attitude and tone of distain by the employee. Employee refused request to confirm order with us. Requested refund. Told they don’t do that. Has to be done online/thru the app. Almost an hour now, no food, no refund and very poor communication.

Tonya is a horrible employee. I placed an order via doordash, the order was supposed to be delivered by 8:50 pm. After 45 minutes and my Dasher sitting at the store for 10 minutes, i called the store and asked why my food was taking so long and she told me it's because she had to drop nuggets with the nastiest of attitudes. Then she cancelled my order saying it was picked when a second dasher accepted the order, forcing me to place a second order. All I ordered were two famous bowls combos, 5 nuggets, large gravy and a chicken little combo. When my food arrived at 9:35 pm, it had a sticker from my first order and instead of chicken nuggets they cut up a chicken tender, I didn't get my sides and I didnt get the gravy. I will never be ordering from this KFC again.

Out of all the KFC locations I’ve been to, the Fenton one stands out by far. It’s always spotless, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the food is consistently delicious. I’ll happily skip a few other KFCs just to come to this one. Highly recommend!

I was pleasantly greeted by Diane and got excellent service and help with my order by her and was served cheerfully and quickly by Miranda both ladies had an amazing attitude. The food was fresh and good. The restaurant was clean five stars!

I don’t know who runs this location in Fenton but absolute train wreck of a store. First it has subtle hints of liquor lingering around. Second food handling did not see gloves being worn by 2 people. Third such a long line of waiting with forgetting items in other peoples bag as I watched waiting for my food to get ready had to remind them about sauces. This store needs a strong leader desperately and quickly.

Open Late; The bucket of chicken was hot, fresh, tender and breaded nicely. I shared a couple pieces with a skinny stray cat roaming the property.

This location will literally have people sitting in the Drive-Thru waiting to make their order for a half or hour to with nobody in front, at the window, or even inside. Every person in this store should be fired and replaced.

This is one of those places so badly managed that you either wait 15 minutes for your food or you wait 15 minutes for your food go in and find out they forgot about your order and haven't even started it yet.
