This is one of those places so badly managed that you either wait 15 minutes for your food or you wait 15 minutes for your food go in and find out they forgot about your order and haven't even started it yet.

Worst KFC ever! My baked chicken came fried, cole slaw was hot and had this weird slime on it and my biscuit was rock hard. Save yourself the trouble and find a different location.

Website states they close at 1030pm. I've been through the drive thru 3 separate times around 10 pm and each time they say they are closed and say they close at 10. If they do close at 10 maybe fix the website hours

Completely disgusted the person who answered the phone extremely rude . I asked to speak with a manager. Apparently the manager is on break right now. I was told to call back in 10 to 15 mins . My whole order was wrong chicken was burnt I paid for items I didn’t get they gave me sides I didn’t ask for. I’m livid. Poor customer service ect .

Second time in a row I've had missing items from my order. This time, both combos were burnt, one was missing a drink, none of the gravy made it, and the fries were obviously old and stale. Avoid this KFC at all costs!

Did not get what we ordered. We ordered a 16 pc meal with just legs and thighs. They gave us a regular 16 pc. Went up there to get a replacement they gave us 8 thighs regular breading that were supposed to be extra crispy. Worst experience from this store.
The store is falling apart every time I come in here my order is always freaking wrong because people don't listen one in order is given to them through the drive through and there's been times that it's happened that way inside the store too I would not recommend the store to anyone

I give this place one star because they run a scam! They offer you to scan a QR code to get KFC coupons via text but tell you that you can’t use the coupons at their location because they don’t have a scanner to scan the coupon. Why have me sign up for something you can’t honor? Not to mention all of the inside furniture seats are ripped and torn and every table wobbles! The evening staff is amazing! They’re always nice and helpful!
