Didnt have any donuts the day i went. It was the christmas eve day and i got there about 2 hours before they closed. I told my family i would bring them fresh donuts from them because they live in the country. I drove from my house 30 minutes out of the way to be told this bs. I was so unhappy. I had to then go to Walmart and grab what they had. And play it off as new. I wont go back. Theres alot of competition so i imagine with that customer focus they wont be around in a few years

This location struggles to be open the hours that is advertised. It is very frustrating driving to this location only to find it closed.

Both times I have ordered YOU ARE OUT OF GLAZED DOUGHNUTS!!! How is that even possible 1. And 2. I should not be able to order them if your out! Every other time I have tried to order they are closed maybe this location should close down as sad as I am to say that! This Krispy Kreme has declined so much 😭

Donuts were all very fresh and good. Had a Cashier that wasn't very friendly at all. We didn't see what we wanted in the showcase and a lady with us asked if She could get us some from in back. She walked off mumbling without answering. After we got 3 dozen Donuts at about $50 dollars I thanked the young Lady. She never said anything to us after her mumbling except to says a price. Not even a Thank you or here you go when handing back our change. Guess I'm not use to this type encounters at any businesses we visit.

What happened to Krispy Kreme?? They used to be so delicious. We stopped by on Saturday afternoon, and got 3 donuts. They were not good. I took a bite out of one, and threw the rest in the trash. Gross, old, just blah. Will never return to another Krispy Kreme again. We have tried a few times at other locations thinking it was a fluke. No, they are just not good donuts anymore. Read the horrible reviews. I can't believe they're in business.

This used to be a great location to grab a quick sweet treat. Not today, tried to go into the lobby to sit down and enjoy it, but their lobby is closed? At 11am? Go through the drive through and they say they are short on donuts and have a very limited selection. How? Like your a donut shop. Very disappointed considering QuikTrip had all the donuts in the world right next to you, and they I am pretty sure use your donuts.

This location is a mess. Closed for 2 days for maintenance which is fine but a note on the drive thru speaker would have been nice. Instead you have a line of cars waiting and no sign until you pull around to the window. Not sure why I bother, donuts have gone downhill with little to no selection.

This has got to be the worst Krispy Kreme in St. Louis. Always closed during business hours. However, people are inside. Sat in the drive thru line on Saturday, December 13th for 20 minutes and never moved with only two cars in front of me. Didn't even bother and pulled out of the line.

Came through at 9:15pm, 45 mins to close and building was dark with several employees deliberately hiding as we passed the window. Lazy and worthless. Thanks @Dunkin’!!!

Placed an order online only to show up at the scheduled time of 6:30 to a long line of cars and no one answering the window. Finally knocked on the window to a lady who said she didn't have enough staff to open. Wish they would have put this on the app or at least automatically refunded orders and contacted the dozen people that were waiting in the Drive-Thru for orders. This is now twice in a row that I've gone to this location to try to pick up donuts only to arrive to lock doors and no one answering the drive-thru. Now trying to get a refund is even more difficult as no one will answer the phone. Krispy Kreme has permanently lost my business.
