Twice I've stopped at the drive through in the past 2 weeks and twice I drove away empty handed. First time I ordered at the speaker, then sat for 8 minutes without moving. I had to go, can't sit dir that long in the morning. Next time I got to the drive up speaker and wax told to give them a minute. There was one car at the drive up window. That car drove away within a few minutes and I continued to sit and wait for someone to take my order. I'm done with this location. I'll try the Lindbergh location next. If that's a fail, I'll skip this business altogether.

Strangely, each time I have visited this location in the past 5 years, their lobby has been closed, and this time was the same. Many people were walking up to the doors, which were locked but had no signage indicating why. These people either left or went through the drive through. The service here is underwhelming, leaving you feeling like you have interrupted their day as opposed to being a valued Customer. The website for this location was even worse - it was impossible to place an order for takeout or delivery because all items were grayed out and unselectable. Today I was a Customer who didn't end up being able to spend any money here.

They were suppose to be open. Their app said they were we placed an order when we got there there was a sign on the drive thru window that said closed. Employee walked right by me when I was sitting at the drive thru he didn't say anything .

The donuts were stale. Once we ordered and got to the window they didn’t have what we ordered. They didn’t have any of the special/seasonal donuts. The inside of the store has been closed for years so impossible to know what they actually have when ordering. We stopped going and thought after a year we would give them another try. I would give zero stars if I could.

Tried to surprise my daughter with the Harry Potter donuts that I ordered online the day before. Showed up and only the drive through was open. They only offered glazed and donut holes. When I asked about my order, they said “we decided to not do any online orders today”. I asked about them refunding my order and was told that I’d have to go online to request a refund. Horrible experience. Won’t go back and won’t recommend Krispy Kreme.

This was my second attempt at getting the Harry Potter Donuts. The first time I just popped in and I had noticed that there was no online ordering but I'd hoped I could get them in store. The store just had a small sign that said the drive-thru was only open and when then when you at the drive-thru it said it was close. Yesterday I hopped on the app everything was available and working as normal. So I mobile ordered my donuts for this morning. Got there at my pickup time and they tell me they don't have my order that they don't have any donuts that overnight didn't do anything that they can't help me. They told me to cancel my order when my order was now showing us completed. So now I don't get my two dozen donuts that I ordered and I don't have my money and they basically said figure it out on your own on how to get your money back. So that's neat. AVOID THEM!

Worst Krispy Kreme I’ve been to. Waited in drive through line for 10 mins to not get helped. Go to the front door and it’s locked with a customer inside. Would not recommend
