Place an order the night before and paid for it showed up at 2:35 the next day and they didn’t have any of the specialty donuts and acted like I was just supposed to be OK with it. It was for my daughter’s wedding rehearsal. Bad bad bad.
Also, the lobby was not open in the middle of the afternoon because I didn’t have enough people working.

This location is literally always out of product. I honestly don't understand how or why it's even operational still. Whether it's their specialty or just original glazed, rest assured they'll be out of it

I was there at 550 waited till 605 called cuz nobody was answering me at drive-thru and they tell me they don't have any employees there so they couldn't serve me they never have any donuts available thats on the menu nor did they even have cold coffees thats on the menu, that place is a joke and the manager needs to be fired, for NOT DOING THERE JOB!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE

Horrible management. Always an issue. Today they only had five types of donuts. PAC man donuts not available. Save yourself an issue and avoid the place.

Well out of finally 3 times of coming here in the last month I finally got some glazed donuts , just saying how can you be known for glazed donuts and be out of them mid afternoon and considering I live 45 min from that location. It is still the closest Krispy kream to me ,and I asked for warm donuts and nope they was cold

Literally walked from the hotel about a mile away only to find out the inside was locked and customers could not dine in even though online they have a dine in option no signs nothing just locked doors and after reading the reviews I’m not sure I would want to eat here anyways

That was a pretty crappy Krispy Kreme experience unfortunately. They are out of about everything to the point I just asked them to pick. The donuts looked and tasted like they were made last night. Not fresh off the roller like they used to be. Also, they need to update the sign because I asked for 3 different donuts and she finally said “we don’t carry any of those anymore”. Exhausting interaction

Waited at drive up for almost 10 minutes and no one was ahead of me with an order other than two paying at the window. When the employee finally asked to take my order, he said there were no glazed donuts and mentioned only two varieties that I could choose from. This was at 8:30 in the morning.

Every time I try to go to the Fenton Krispy Kreme there's ALWAYS something. Every time I go through they are out of most donuts I've gone at different times to see if that is what's it. It's not. And now their machine apparently has been broken for days.

The donuts were good but there was a limited selection of five to choose from. You have to get there earlier in the morning if you want a good selection. We had to go through the drive-through because the dining room was closed.
