Lion's Choice - Fenton

Not really sure what's going on here I assume it's mismanaged. I just spent 15 minutes at the drive-thru box asking if anybody was there to no response even though the automatic would you like to try our triple dare sandwich played three times. As I drive through the window to leave without my lunch that I was looking forward to I see there's two employees inside and nobody's answering the drive-thru I suppose. I would go in but they just lost my business acting like that

I stop here after Dr’s appointments, 2 weeks ago had a hair in my food , threw it in the trash and left, today after several people had received their food after they came in behind me , i walked to the counter and ask the young man if my order had gotten lost in the shuffle , he went on the defensive and ask why i had an attitude, i told him i didnt have an attitude and just ask if my order had been lost in the shuffle

Ordered sandwich and side salad, chocolate shake. Sandwich cold. No salad dressing or croutons as requested. Knife, no fork. No straw. No condiments for sandwich.

I'm new to the Fenton area and somebody recommended that I try lions choice. I really like it and enjoyed the food. When I went yesterday they seemed to be busy and short handled but they still got my order to me in a timely fashion and the food was fresh.

I always have a good experience when I go to this Lion's choice. The people that work there are really nice, the service is fast, and the food is good every time.

i came into eat yesterday and the customer service was very poorly food was cold , so i asked to speak to a manager and they told me there wasn’t one there at the time . won’t be going back to that location and i usually love fenton location but it’s went down hill bad

First time eating at a Lions Choice. The food was very good and hot. The service was extraordinary! They were running a little behind because they were so busy, but the person that took my order apologized recognizing me by name (it wasn't a long wait either). Very friendly.

Waited in the drive thru for 15 mins no one answered so I went inside and ordered cashier was rude and acted like he didn’t want me there once I got my food I didn’t get cheese on one and both buns were soaking wet to the point of falling apart and the seasoning packets were covered in slime and hair ??? Won’t be coming back when I called the manager seemed like they didn’t care

I am a loyal customer to Lions Choice and have been to this locations multiple times. I can tell within the past month it had gone downhill due to management and staff changes. Depending on who is working I can tell what type of service I am going to get. Today topped it off when a blonde female took my order and could barely function or keep her eyes open long enough comprehend what anyone was trying to order. I'm surprised the orders were correct in the first place. This may be the last time I come to this establishment, the quality of service is definitely not worth the price you pay!!

I went thru the drive Thursday, the girl at the drive thru windows was very rude,and my food was just tossed in my bag making my au ju sauce leak all over my food.

I'm from the west. We don't have lion's choice. But this place was top notch. Food was amazing, fries were on point. Condiments counter included au jus, CHIPOTLE RANCH (my favorite). I'll be back again.
