I got the lemon cookie to go today and I wish I would have bought more. I don’t live near here, and that’s probably a good thing because I would eat all the desserts. I am picky about my desserts and not all lemon desserts taste right. This one was so good. It was actually two lemon cookies with lemon crème and lemon curd in the middle of them. Brilliant!
Great food. Good prices. But the guy who takes your order could definitely be nicer. Every time I've been there, it seems that he is mad about something, not the best person to welcome customers.
Such a great find! Stopped in for lunch and had a delicious BLT (perfection!) and chose the Greek pasta salad as my side, which was yummy, as was my daughter's Caesar salad. Generous portions and everything was super fresh. We are from the Illinois side but we would 100% make the trip back over to visit Maggie's Lunchbox again!
