Servers served my mom old chicken twice for her salad and had an attitude no customer service

This place should be shut down. It gives McAlisters a bad name. I love every other McAlisters. Never had another complaint at one of their other establishments. I've eaten at the fenton store twice thinking it was just a bad day the first time I went but now I know this is just bad management allowing bad food. The chicken pictured was after I asked for fresh chicken. This is what was given. I'm just glad I noticed the discoloration before I put my dressing on and ate it. Terrible service and scary bad food. 👎

This location has nice employees.

Just went to mcallisters here in gravois bluffs today with my daughter and Steve the gentleman at the register was very nice and kind he was new and having a hard time but he did such a great job taking our order and helping us we just wish the other staff members would have tried helping him sibce he was new instead of just watching him. But Steve was great! And so was another staff member Jen she was very sweet and helped fix order and get our rewards and free dessert. Jen and Steve are great employees and they deserve a raise for going above and beyond in helping us!

I love McAlister’s but it was my first time coming to this location. My boyfriend’s food was fine but I ordered a grilled cheese with bacon so I payed extra and they didn’t add the bacon on. And my pickle had a short black hair on it so I probably won’t be coming back here.

Love this place! Sandwiches and spuds are so good! Friendly and helpful employees.

I've been in there several times and there's always customers there. There's always plenty of staff. My order are always missing pickles and this last time I order food I found hair sandy brown hair in my food.
There kitchen manager should be fired.. obviously you don't care about your job. With a staff filled with high school age kids it's no wonder the service is sub par. They obviously don't check orders whenever they go out to customers.. We work hard for our money to spend in your place of business. At least you could do the same.. I DONT WANT HAIR IN MY FOOD. THAT IS GROSS AND DISCUSTING. ANY OTHER FOOD PLACE MAKE THERE EMPLOYEES WEAR HAIR NET. ESPECIALLY THE PEOPLE HANDLING THE FOOD. . SO I GUESS YOU ALL A WAITING UNTIL SOMEONE GETS SICK.. DO BETTER. IM PROLLY AM NOT GONNA SPEND MY HARD EARN MONEY IN A PLACE THAT DONT TAKE THERE JOB SERIOUSLY. ITS NOT HARD TO BE CLEAN AND GIVE THE CUSTOMER FOOD WITHOUT HAIR IN IT. OR A SIDE THEY ASKED FOR, OR EVEN PAID FOR.
