McAlister's Deli

I've been in there several times and there's always customers there. There's always plenty of staff. My order are always missing pickles and this last time I order food I found hair sandy brown hair in my food.
There kitchen manager should be fired.. obviously you don't care about your job. With a staff filled with high school age kids it's no wonder the service is sub par. They obviously don't check orders whenever they go out to customers.. We work hard for our money to spend in your place of business. At least you could do the same.. I DONT WANT HAIR IN MY FOOD. THAT IS GROSS AND DISCUSTING. ANY OTHER FOOD PLACE MAKE THERE EMPLOYEES WEAR HAIR NET. ESPECIALLY THE PEOPLE HANDLING THE FOOD. . SO I GUESS YOU ALL A WAITING UNTIL SOMEONE GETS SICK.. DO BETTER. IM PROLLY AM NOT GONNA SPEND MY HARD EARN MONEY IN A PLACE THAT DONT TAKE THERE JOB SERIOUSLY. ITS NOT HARD TO BE CLEAN AND GIVE THE CUSTOMER FOOD WITHOUT HAIR IN IT. OR A SIDE THEY ASKED FOR, OR EVEN PAID FOR.

Quick and delicious. The spuds are huge! I always love the sweet tea.

There was hardly any cheese on my nachos. And a couple very odd spots on my potato. Why is the advanced brown? No one offered me a refill as multiple employees walked by seeing my cup was empty at the edge of the table. Normally I would be more than happy to get my own refill. However, it’s hard to do that when your toddler is with you. I was overall very disappointed in this location.

Update: the email of the person they gave me is on maternity leave. I got an auto message back and emailed the new person. However it’s been over a week and nothing back.

One of the best places to enjoy a sandwich, offering a wide variety to satisfy every palate, with unique flavors and generous portions. Their lemonade is excellent—you’ll definitely enjoy sipping the large drink all day. It’s a spot not to be missed when treating yourself, family, or friends.

Just picked up my order. Is this old or frozen? Different color than usual and all matted together. Definitely NOT fresh. Thrown away immediately.

Also, did not get any Swiss cheese on a New Yorker.
