If you're from St. Louis or out east and you're sick of the terrible service and long waits... drive the extra fifteen minutes to the mcdonald's on old sugar creek road. Food comes out fresh and hot and so fast... Every employee was in a great mood, and it just made my day that customer service still exists.

Ordered 2 burritos. Mostly tortilla, very small portion was egg sausage & cheese. Very poor quality. They used to be so much better
Bought a fila o fish. And a fila o fish combo. Someone there makes a good meal. Everything looked like a picture. Sauce was on center with cheese and fries were hot and with the right crunch. Whoever did it. Make their way, THE WAY TO MAKE IT for every worker there. UPDATE: March 28, 2025. Whoever makes breakfast here, keep them hired. That mc griddle came out picture perfect, and tasted 👌.

My husband ordered online and went inside to pick up the order after 30 minutes he was texting me saying no one would come up to help him. He told me there was an order but it was for breakfast so he finally found someone and told them he had an order but they walked away before he could even finish his sentence. So I called the same store and asked them hey my husband is there for an order for Evan and they specifically told me there was not an order with that name. An hour or so goes by, and obviously my husband starts to submit a ticket for a refund and after that I told him he needs to go back inside and show them the receipt and proof “if somebody is willing to do their job” finally they do help him and someone told him oh is that the order FOR EVAN like two hours ago? So when I called they literally lied on the phone and refused to help him until he had proof we ordered and after submitting a ticket. That’s extremely rude and disrespectful. I usually don’t write bad reviews but I’m pregnant and this is the only thing I can keep down sometimes. So it hurt extra worse
