Absolutely horrible experience tonight. I've been in the drive thru line for over 30 minutes now and still haven't made it to the window to pay.
Burrito Maker needs Terminated, Last 4 times ordering Burrito breakfast they tell me the prep cook didn't make any. This happens weekly.

If you're from St. Louis or out east and you're sick of the terrible service and long waits... drive the extra fifteen minutes to the mcdonald's on old sugar creek road. Food comes out fresh and hot and so fast... Every employee was in a great mood, and it just made my day that customer service still exists.
