We ordered a Coke with ice and a Sprite without but Sprite had ice and then 3 bagels 2 bacon one sausage the bread on all 3 was overcooked but yet everything on it and the bagels themselves were cold like sitting for 20 mins I placed the order before we turned into the drive of the store so how does food I just order go cold that fast not to mention they were busy and usually that means it's all hot on top of that the Bengals so hard I tried to finish my first one and just threw it with the other full bagel in the trash. Waste of 20 bucks and only 1 out of 5 things right? I will be leaving this on Google as well at this point. There should be a refund option on an app for this kind of thing your buy-get-one is pointless when not planning on going back.

lowkey really pissed I was looking forward to my fries more than anything. I ASKED FOR A LARGE and this is what they gave me? also they wasn’t even hot, lukewarm I’d say. This mcdonalds I don’t recommend whatsoever there’s 2 other McDonald’s around id go to either of those ones over this one. The other food I ordered is a McDouble and a 6 pc nugget, they were disgusting.

Took 5 min to get our food and not only was it not correct it was a mess a tripl3 cheese burger plain turned into a triple cheese burge with onions all over the outside of the bun as well as what i belive to be ketchup. A McDouble NO oinions again had oinions all over the outside of the bun with a lot of ketchup all over the outsid as if they made no attempt to put it on the burger. Our sweet tea looks like water and has no flavor. And I fully understand taking your time but we were the only car there and they not only took 5 min to make a simple order but also messed it up and made it looked like a crime scean. The only good part about this meal was my Dr pepper.

ive learned to not expect a nod or even a greeting upon entry...order placement thru qiosk is preferred and order pick up only when called will get u results here....dont expect cust service or a friendly smile...customer service is DEAD

Order a 6 piece chicken nugget kids meal. Had no apple slices or extra fries and they got my drink wrong. I ordered a sweet tea and they gave me a lemonade sweet tea. For some ungodly reason EVERY time I got to this location my order is wrong!!
I only eat my fries if they are piping hot (hopefully burning my fingers & mouth). I went through the drive thru and order a fresh batch of fries. After paying, they had my fries ready when I got there, so I was already suspicious. They weren't cold, but they were far from fresh. If you aren't going yo give me what I ordered, then don't sell it to me. Guess il be driving further to another Mc Donald's next time.

Used to come here all the time service was great but the last couple times ive orderd here they get my order wrong every time without fail. They even go so far as to fold the order sticker up under the box so i cant tell its wrong until i get home. One time ordering here i asked for no onions no mustard on a deluxe qp and they gave me a double qp with ONLY onions and mustard. Theres another mcdonalds not far down the road that would be more worth your money.

This location is horrible and has been for some years now. Service sucks and they seem to always give me uncooked fries or old food they just dropped back in the fryer, this location is trash 9 times out of 10

I truly do not understand why every time we go to this location, they always manage to miss giving us an item. We go long periods of time between visits to this location and no matter what time of day, items are missing. Only reason why we went tonight is it was closest. Not even worth calling to tell them an item is missing. What's even more laughable is we were asked to park to wait for our order to finish cooking. I know, our fault for not checking, but it's kind of hard to check bags when you're on a time crunch especially after being asked to wait. Just don't use the drive through here.
