I ordered two mcchickens and they had cheese on them. I cannot have cheese as it will cause me to break out in hives. Mcchickens don’t come with cheese. I’m not sure what happened, but it was highly disappointing.

What do you expect, it's McDonald's. Minimum wage employees, working odd hours, for managers who can't respect or appreciate their effort. Usually, the managers end up working for barely more than minimum wage and sometimes technically even less. Due to their low salaries while working crazy, long hours. Most of them work 60+ hours a week, every week. I'd recommend the hot n spicy Mcchicken; it's edible.Parking: Big parking lot that is practically empty all the time

They are ALWAYS closed. They never stay open for their night shift. Sometimes they are closed as early as 9 when their hours clearly state they close at 11 pm. I would understand if it was a few days, maybe even a week or two. But this has been for months. And the employees are rude and blow you off claiming they’ve done “final orders for the night” even though all their lights are on and they are inside doing nothing!

They closed over an hour early and wouldn't accept my order even though I made the online order and they had just taken the person ahead of me. The guy told me he wanted to get home. It doesn't take an hour to make 6 nuggets and fries

After a long and grueling training session at the local soccer park I decided to get some calories after a hard days work at training. I ended up settling at this McDonalds after most of the other establishments around were closed. I settle for McChicken and call it a day. When I open the wrap of the McChicken as I exit the drive thru I see the most vulgar, disgusting, and disappointing thing in my life. The workers had forgotten the chicken patty on my McChicken leaving me just with 2 buns, mayo and lettuce. It is truly appalling to see how stupid one could be where they forgot to put a chicken patty on a McChicken. I go back to ask for a new one and the customers service was also appalling. Lady was rude and instead of making a me a new McChicken. She put her ungloved hands on my sandwich and shoved a chicken patty in between the buns with her bare hands. I asked her to make me a new one as I wasn't interested in eating a McChicken filled with her nasty germs. She clearly wasn't happy that I asked for a new one but eventually she gave me a new McChicken that seemed normal(). It truly was a fast food nightmare.
