Wanted to purchase 2 gift cards.Went to counter. Told to order at kios. When I told him not ordering food but 2 gift cards was told to wait,;they are busy. After waiting several minutes, without assistance, I left. You think they would have someone in front at register.

I was never a Mc Donald's Fan. I was there at the beginning. . No one to go to lunch with me ? Because we only had a half hour lunch. . And I would get mine plain. . No thanks , I'll pay the difference and love my meal. ..I deserve it. .

Ordered on mobile app 15 minutes b4 I arrived. Food not ready. I get it and park. My breakfast sandwich not have extra bacon i paid for. I went back inside to just get the extra bacon. Young man at counter says I got you. Had an WHOLE NEW SANDWICH made for me and told me to keep one that was not correct. Just awesome. I ate SANDWICH not correct and gave new correct sandwich to my coworker. Both of us had good morning because of that young man.!! Just awesome. Manager walked by while I was waiting an ask if I needed help. I said no young man was helping me. What a great staff!!! Hwy 141 and 30 McDonald's Missouri. Be kind and show them love and patience ❤️

I went there an hour before close, there were more people working than in the parking lot, and they wouldn't let us in, some kid said they were short staffed.

They will ignore the front counter entirely and leave you waiting for mobile ordered food in the back out of your reach for 40 minutes, even when you address them. However a cop came in and immediately got service. Also a female employee was hanging over the counter with her cigarettes out in front of a kid.
After all the times ive been through this drive thru and waited 10-15 plus minutes i can confidently say you would have a faster time going out tracking, hunting, killing and skinning your own deer and making your own food before you’re able to get your food in a “fast” manner at this place.

Came here ordered two burgers no onions no mustard get home to find one burger completely destroyed and just throw together I think oh well no big deal I’m hungry I take one bite and guess what’s under the two extra pieces of cheese onions luckily this isn’t an allergy more of a preference but maybe you should have your people pay a little more attention before you get sued for causing an allergic reaction
Edit: how do you mess up both burgers and try to hide it in between the meat and cheese next time

Unfortunately this place has gone way downhill. They got my order wrong 3x .. it only required counting/checking items.. Ended up leaving without everything I paid for because it was such a hassle. Don’t waste your time or money
