Young lady running the drive through window the one who handles money needs a serious attitude adjustment. It was 11/5/24 at 7:15pm I forgot to give her my McDonald's code for 15% at the drive through speaker and when I got up to the window and showed her the code she snapped and said "next time give it to me at the speaker" extremely unprofessional.

2/11/24. 650am. Manager handed us our bag of food and didn't check to be sure we had utensils.. A pain to go back thru the line to get what should have been provided the first time. Isn't quality assurance part of a manager's responsibility? Good manager's lead by example.
I donât usually do McDonaldâs reviews, but I have to say that compared to my McDonaldâs in Crestwood, this one is just so amazing! Despite the long line, we got through very fast and the workers were nice. Order was hot and accurate, something that has never happened at the Crestwood location!

Most McDonald's are pretty good. This place for some reason has had the fountain machines turned off the last 2 or 3 times i have been there, which means you have to stand at the counter and hope one of the 3 people that happens to see you will ask if you need a refill. Also the fries were cold which isn't usually the case. They gave me 2 napkins which is never enough for a quarter pounder deluxe which is messy, but that's what makes it so good. So I went to get more but both napkin despenser are empty, so now I have to stand at the counter and wait for someone to notice me to ask for more napkins. I just got the feeling that they wanted to monitor refills and napkin usage. I'm a big McDonald's patron, I like the food and think they have the best fries but thus store has let me down on the simple things.

I did not enjoy having to input my order into an oversized tablet. It took me four or five minutes to input what would have taken me 30 seconds to tell someone. Although the food was very good, I will not return and should I ever walk into another McDonald's that has no people working the counter, I will turn around and leave.
It's McDonald's. Food is never more than 4 stars at best. Usually 3. Cause it is falling apart. Let's be honest. If the food was more like the pictures, it would be a 5 star food place cause the food is awesome tasty.

They no longer allow you to get your own refills, you have to wait for someone behind the counter to be free. They will top it off and put on a new lid. Doesnât even make sense financially.

I use the app so it has a tendency to pull up another location so make sure you pay attention to your location on that. First time it happened staff there said it happens often, but they got my order together and my other one canceled out. Good people super friendly and fast.

My mango smoothie was filled all the way to the top and was delicious, although their sizes are not the same as Florida, for the price was allot and was given like a small cup. Chicken nuggets were perfect.
Parking: Lots of room, great parking spot to overlook as well
