2/11/24. 650am. Manager handed us our bag of food and didn't check to be sure we had utensils.. A pain to go back thru the line to get what should have been provided the first time. Isn't quality assurance part of a manager's responsibility? Good manager's lead by example.
I don’t usually do McDonald’s reviews, but I have to say that compared to my McDonald’s in Crestwood, this one is just so amazing! Despite the long line, we got through very fast and the workers were nice. Order was hot and accurate, something that has never happened at the Crestwood location!
It's McDonald's. Food is never more than 4 stars at best. Usually 3. Cause it is falling apart. Let's be honest. If the food was more like the pictures, it would be a 5 star food place cause the food is awesome tasty.
