It's now called Dave's Diner(his 3rd I think) very good, homemade food. My friend had the cornbeef hash and it was fresh but out of can. We had scrambled eggs with cheese,green peppers and onions (they are in little strings about 2 inches long, also in the hash) didn't have mushrooms that day which is what I really wanted but the biscuits & gravy, bacon, eggs sunny side up, over med all good I had ham with mine, could've been better it was very very thin...
The waitress was friendly, and the food tasted good. However, I did have some issue with the amount I was charged which was exorbitant to people breakfast. We paid $38 and the presentation of the food was lackluster. The server really did not pay much attention to us. She was the only one working, and there were about seven other tables.
We've eaten here several times. Their breakfast is great; I always get an omelet. I've never ordered lunch food but it looks great. Sometimes they can be a bit short staffed but welcome to 2022 & 2023. Still, they do a great job keeping up and are friendly. Prices are great and we'll definitely keep coming back!
