O'Charley's Restaurant & Bar

Very disappointed. I love O'Charlies but we don't have one where we live. Looked forward to eating here all day. Looked up the hours and saw they were open till 9. Got there at 6:50 and the doors were locked. One said close at 7. We were there before 7. No o one even bothered to come to the door to apologize.

They are closing this location so don’t go to this location and expect to get service.

I was in Sunday morning at 11 a.m.abd we were waited on by a superb writer named Jeffrey and he made our visit excellent. I came back in Tuesday 3/1 evening and was waited on by Jeffrey again and made that visit just as excellent. He is a true asset for your company.

My family and I stopped coming here years ago because the food and service were terrible. We decided to give them another shot today and were pleasantly surprised! Bartender was our waitress and she was very fast and friendly. Food was wonderful!

We had to ask for silverware when the food was finally served after waiting 30 minutes. Water was not kept refilled. My food was good, but my husband's steak was overcooked, and only slightly warm. His fries were cold and soggy, and his mac & cheese was cold and bland. Doubt we will return. Wasn't the cleanest either.

A shout out to Sam our server is amazing guy he did a wonderful phenomenal job if you haven't been O'Charley's better come out here and eat look at that amazing food come get some.

Putting 2 stars for the bussers, hostesses, & waiters/waitresses. They do their job well. Otherwise I would rate this with no stars. However, the food, prices, and cleanliness… thumbs down. The restraint tries to give you that fancy feel, but the food does not match the criteria for the feel and prices. Pretty much paying high dollar for lack of flavor. We put a table leaf down and had to put it back up because it was gross.. and also, we ordered a margarita and had to send it back, needless to say didn’t drink the second one either.

Food had no flavor really, little over cooked when we stated medium rare. Service was slow but the bread was hot and fresh.

It was decent. Very busy and long wait for our food, but that is typical at a lot of restaurants now. The 5 of us had a good meal. There was a problem with my order and the waitress and the manager both addressed it to my satisfaction. I would come back because of their attentiveness to making sure I was satisfied.

Overall, any time I go anywhere I can look past the food as long as the experience was good. Personally the appetizers were better then the entree which is completely fine. The friendly staff was there as soon as they seen a low glass and was very sociable with my party and would happily enjoy again

Outstanding staff! They really take the time to hire some great people at this location. The food is always fantastic as well!

Service was excellent waitress did an excellent job we had 20 people in our group.

Probably the only place I've been to that actually made me a blue rare steak correctly. Props.

Don't ever get a order to go here. They leave food out that you paid additional for. Then want you to drive back there to get your order corrected. This has happened 2 times from the same place. The service is sad!
