Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

We tried this place when it has been some time since last visit. Semi busy night. Food took an 1 hour and 15 minutes to arrive for a family of 4. Extremely slow service and food was overcooked. Server could tell we were unhappy but did not seem to care. We won’t be returning.

The food here is absolutely amazing and full of flavor. We were really impressed by the excellent service; the team was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. The staff is friendly and welcoming, which perfectly complements the lovely atmosphere. It’s also very affordable, making it a fantastic choice for both families and couples

The wait to just get seated is unbelievable and not worth it, because the prices are really high for food that's not nearly as good as it used to be.

My son and I came here on Christmas Eve and our waitress was the best. The food was great as usual and the service was outstanding. I wish I could remember our waitresses name. I want to say Lindsay or Nicole... I'm pretty sure it was Lindsay. She was amazing.

Very disappointing experience. We asked for a table for 8 and were told the wait would be about an hour and a half. After waiting the full time, we were seated at a table for 5.

There was a large table nearby that could easily seat our group, and we asked multiple times to be seated there but were told that area wasn’t open. Later, we saw a group of only 3 people seated at that same table, which was frustrating and confusing.

We ended up having to sit separately at two tables. I’ve visited Olive Garden many times and it used to be one of my favorite places, but this experience and the lack of clear communication really changed my impression. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

This location is wonderful when it comes to friendliness of the waiters/ waitresses and the food has always been excellent.

Nikki at the bar was absolutely amazing very few people can keep up with my water refills ( I drink like a thirsty camel 🐫) she was kind and quick the food was awesome and we left more then satisfied. I highly recommend this location for a satisfaction guarantee!

There were 6 of us, 5 adults and 1 children and we were seated at a table in the middle of one dining area. Our server was spot on, food was pretty good (not quite normal OG quality).

The biggest negative is a sever for another table spilled a large soda all over my wife, her coat and purse. The server brought a bunch of paper napkins which don't work worth a damn on sticky soda mess. Eventually she brought a small wet rag to aid in the cleaning. Her only attempt to clean the mess at table side was to throw some napkins on top of it and leave it until after we left.

My experiences with food service is normally a manager or supervisor comes to check on the customer after an incident like this. No we're not looking for a discount or other BS, it simply shows that we matter as customers to that business. Nope, nothing of the sort. The waitress did not even follow up to see of we needed more napkins, another wet rag or anything else.

Big let down and not impressed.

Olive garden is a favorite of ours. We went at lunch time and there was no wait to get in. Our server and other staff members were friendly and courteous. The food was hot and delicious and served promptly. We will definitely be back!
