I placed my order online and paid at the restaurant. This is the second time for tonight I got the wrong order. I was about to leave when a worker ran out and said they gave me the wrong bag. They swapped it, and I trusted the second one was correct — but when I got home, one dish had shrimp instead of chicken. Nobody in my home eats shrimp.
I called, but they were very unprofessional. They told me to drive back to fix it, even though it was their mistake. I asked for a refund, but they refused and said I needed to bring the receipt — which they never gave me. I paid with a debit card and couldn’t get my money back. Tonight my child will stay hungry. Oh, I see! And another customers have the same complaints sending home with the wrong orders!

Some of the best Chinese food in the Lou. A small hidden gem in the heart of Fenton Mo. portions sizes are large and the prices are extremely reasonable. You must try the homemade Crab Rangoon. They are the best I’ve had anywhere. Not the frozen kind from Sam’s Club. These are made fresh daily and you can absolutely tell the difference.

I’m heart broken the way I was just treated. I ordered vegetable chow mein and got a bowl of vegetables. I called them because I was expecting noodles. And they proceeded to tell me chow mein is a veggie dish. On their menu it says stir fried noodles chow mein literally means noodles. I’m crying.
I ordered the orange chicken, pork fried rice, and the appetizer combo.
The combo was decent—nothing extraordinary—but the fried rice and orange chicken were excellent! It's been a while since I’ve had such a satisfying meal at a Chinese restaurant.
I really hope the owner maintains the portion sizes. I’ve seen people mention price increases, but that’s understandable—every restaurant has to adjust prices over time

Just watched a psychotic man come in this restaurant screaming and cussing at these nice people because his food never got delivered. Screaming at them to speak English. These lovely people were nice anyways and handled the situation the way they should have and the food here is YUMMY!!!
