Ordered delivery. Not sure who initialed that they checked the bag but I got the entirely wrong side for both of my soup orders and they forgot an entire loaf of bread that was ordered. That's a pretty big thing to miss. Ended up having to make a separate order to Schnucks to have bread delivered.

Very disappointed with the food I received at this location!! The family feast meal. I ordered 4 half sandwiches which were very small and didn’t look like a half of a sandwich! The bacon turkey bravo didn’t have any bacon on it!! Nor did the grilled chicken avocado BLT! The Greek salad was absolutely horrible !!! No red onion, No feta cheese, three olives in the whole salad and the lettuce was welted an old didn’t even eat it went in the trash. The Broccoli cheddar soup and the loaf of bread was good! I work at SSM hospital this was my late night. So I placed a pick up order for dinner, won’t be placing another here. Don’t recommend!

Put black rotten cilantro covered in slime on my sandwhich….See for yourself… lost my appetite after one bite it tasted so ridiculously gross. Not hard to either get fresh cilantro or just let me know they’re out and not put it on at all

I thought I was getting an amazing Asian chicken salad instead I got a bowl of romaine lettuce and chicken topped with a small handful of crispy asian noodles. The salad dressing is so small it needs to be doubled in size. It is not enough for this size of salad. What a waste of 11 plus $.

I have stayed away from Panera for about a year bc the order is almost never right. Figured I’d give it another try and sure enough- the strawberry caprese salad has no strawberries. I’m so tired of shelling out $30-50+ for the orders to be wrong 75% of the time and when you report it, you get a free pastry…I’m not coming back here. They clearly don’t care

It was consistent with all the other Panera/ bread co. I have ever been in. There were no light bulbs out. The rest rooms were clean. The coffee was hot. And everyone spoke fluent English.

Wait time is crazy. I had to wait more than 10 minutes to pick up and order that I ordered online and picked up at the drive through.

Food is always iffy, weather you will get everything you order, food is sometimes great other times not so much. You order soup always ask if there's a spoon, sometimes they get your reward number but rare. It used to be a great place and not so much anymore!
Great place but we need our pumpkin muffins back. I know they are seasonal but last year they eliminated them i was told when i placed my order.

After ordering on the Panera app I proceeded to this location to pick up my $17 salad. After going through the drive thru and explaining that my order was an online order I was told to pull around the building to the double doors. There is ONE set of double doors on this building and it is the opposite side from the window. I proceeded to the indicated area and waited for my food. After 20 minutes and no food having arrived I went BACK through the drive thru again and was immediately told to please hold. All in all, 40 minutes into this venture, and she finalIy is able to help me at the speaker. The young lady stated that she had looked for me but didn't see me so she decided I must have left, so she returned inside and continued her work. After directing me to pull around for my food, when I arrive at the window, she has no idea who I am and is calling me Deborah. At this point I requested a manager to whom I demanded refund my total, and throw the food out. I was so furious at having spent this amount of time and energy to try to get a salad for dinner. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN. They clearly hire inept people to work the window.

Ordered through door dash. Driver followed all instructions I asked. 2 Mac n cheese orders. 1 was soupy and the other was dry. This happens all the time no consistency. Wish I would of taken a pic to post.
