Originally went for lunch to get my favorite sandwich (turkey/cheddar). Got my order via drive-thru and unfortunately when I got home, the sandwich was not in the bag, only soup. I called and was greeted by Josh, who immediately apologized and ensured they would make it right. I went back in later in the day and was able to get my sandwich. I am happy to patronize somewhere that finally is willing to make things right without an attitude. Thank you, Josh and team!

This store has been declining for the last couple of years. They’re always slow as can be and they always screw up my order. Today the drive-through was closed, which is fine except they also had the front doors locked for some unknown reason. The staff was not helpful and I don’t know why I keep going back here. The inside of the store is dated and dirty.

The customer service is friendly, but this location has the MOST CHAOTIC drive-through. They've asked me to pay twice multiple times, forgetting that we just did the transaction. Of course, the wait times are incredibly long, but it also seems they are always missing ingredients. I appreciate when they let me know, but sometimes they don't, and I'm sitting here with a sandwich that's literally just bread and tomatoes. I've had to park and come into the store after already waiting because they were having card reader issues at the window.. and to top it off, they argue with the window open. It truly seems they are doing their best, but holy moly is it consistently frantic.

Distraught over my salad. I ordered online and had a Fuji Apple salad dropped off to me at work. All the main the ingredients were missing. $13 for some iceberg lettuce and a few cherry tomatoes. Devastating.

St. Louis store. Coffee was good. The pecan pastry was a little disappointing tho. It was good but not enough pecans and frosting was overkill. So hopefully they're open to change.

Worst experience ever at a Bread Co.We came to get dinner at 8pm and they didn't close until 9. Two female employees were cursing up a storm and talking bad about customers. We got our food and it was terrible. The Frontera chicken sandwiches barely had anything under the bread. The French onion soup tasted terrible. It also looks like black bean soup as seen in the picture. The only thing that was good was the Mac n cheese and the bread.

Panera, as a corporation has been on a steady decline in the past few years, but this location is ahead of the curve.We’ve been regular customers here, often ordering to go or getting drive through. Without exaggeration, 9 out of 10 times our order is missing items and/or an item was made incorrectly. It is legitimately surprising when our order is correct.Food quality is all over the map, with the average being ok, but rarely great. We are talking refrigerated and skinny muffins, measly tomatoes, undercooked soufflés, bland soups, just to name a few.But the most consistent issue is missing items and ingredients.I don’t blame the employees. This place has been bad for years, which speaks to management/ownership issues.

Omg I just paid HOW MUCH FOR THIS !! JESUS CHRIST THIS IS something I can't say here ! Besides insane ! Im so baffled that someone thought this was suitable to serve to the public . My co workers literally made fun of me after seeing this ! We all agreed we wouldn't feed to our dog. I love Panera like the nxt person . I work hard for my money and barely have time to take for my own lunch break the day I do and this is what I got for almost spending $20 on just me for lunch !! Come on now what's happening guys . Employee always sweet. Clean store but this is just gross and ALOT of fat on chkn. Ugh NVR again ! Like does that look appetizing??So I since went back on account of my son and Ashley the manager comped a meal for a value of $12 .oo for the two of us and a refund for $14 from my previous experience. Plus threw in some pastries which she didn't have to but did. I really appreciated her taking care of us tonight . Especially since it was our own little date night dinner after we played 27 holes of put putt ?. Thought that was super sweet. So thanks again Ashley for stepping up.and winning us back over! Thx cya soon I'm sure ?.
