Super hot when we got it and the driver was friendly! Thanks for the fast, warm pizza! And this mama didn’t have to cook! 😊

Pizza wasn’t ready when it said it was and guy said “stuff happens”
Very very nice guys working there. I have to use a walker right now and the gentleman in there who was packing the orders, helped me outside with our order. Thank you so much Gravois Papa Johns!
Food was great as always, but got our order wrong, unfortunately.
I called to place an order for carry out and had a hard time understanding the gentleman I was talking to due to his strong accent. He told me about a special so I placed my order. He gave me the total and I thought it sounded higher than it should, but I figured I would clarify it once I got to the store. The manager was no help at all. He gave me a different price for the pizzas than I was told by the gentleman on the phone. He said the only thing he could do was cancel the order and there weren’t any specials he could offer me. I needed the pizzas because I had a group of kids waiting at home for them. The pizzas themselves weren’t even good. They were very bland. Nothing like the Papa John’s flavor that I used to love.
Almost no cheese on one side of a half and half pizza. My partner said it actually looked deliberately made that way. Only second time ordering from here. Had them remake it.
Ordered 3 pizzas for delivery, one was supposed to be cheese. The pizza has a layer of pepperoni under the cheese, almost like they were trying to hide it. The one person the cheese was for doesn’t eat meat so it was disappointing. Called the store and they made no effort to correct the mistake just said sorry. Had to make a frozen pizza for him.
So I found out you have to hit the number 2 and not 3 for a new order. They made the best Papa John’s pizza I’ve ever had hands down! The key is extra cheese and well done

They were very busy, but very polite and personable. Even the wait was enjoyable. They consistently checked to see the status of my order. Thank you!

Play some my online order, said it would be done around 4:00 p.m. then I left my house and drove to Fenton, went to the grocery store and shop for 20 minutes. Then I arrived at Papa John's and stood there in the waiting room by myself for another 15 minutes while the employee was on the phone. At this point in time I'm 15 minutes past the original pickup time. When she eventually hangs up the phone she tells me she's getting ready to prepare my order... However the online tracker said it was ready to go and should have been waiting for me upon arrival.... Cancel the order and will not go back

This used to be my go-to fast food pizza place, but the past several times I’ve ordered from here it’s been a nightmare.
Most recently, I ordered in 10/31 and when the tracker said the order was ready I headed into the store. My order was ready around 7:15pm according to the tracker.
To my surprise, there were at minimum 10 other people also awaiting orders. I could tell the staff was beyond over burdened and after waiting an additional 20+ minutes, I had to leave without my food as my kiddo was tired and needed dinner and bed. While waiting, I spoke to a man there who had placed his order for immediate pick up at 5pm and STILL didn’t have his pizza when I left around 7:45pm.
Prior to that, I had an issue with delivery service on 10/23. The order was placed at 5pm and during that time my delivery window changed 4 times and ultimately before I cancelled it was expected to deliver at almost 7pm.
When I called in, I was greeted by the most disrespectful employee. He answered without providing his name and I asked “who am I speaking with” he proceeded to respond by saying “a Papá Johns employee.” When I said I was asking for his name he replied “well it’s not John. I’m Nick.”
Despite the extremely rude welcome, I was kind and understanding. I wanted to know what was going on and if my delivery time was going to be bumped yet again.
Nick proceeded to tell me “well I don’t know I just got here.” He waited about 30 seconds after that statement to advise he would check on my order. After several minutes he then advised there was a problem with the ovens that happened just before he arrived and my order would be “on its way soon.” I asked how long that would be as I have a hungry family to feed to which he said “soon.”
I then asked “are you a supervisor?” because the option I chose when I called in was to speak to a supervisor. His response was “I’m not a supervisor, but I am a boss.” At this point I was over his clear disrespect and asked to talk to a manager. That manager assured me everything would be “handled” and gave me a cupón code for 40% off….. which is not nearly enough to have dealt with that entire situation.
Moral of the story is DO NOT order from here if you’re looking for respect, good customer service, quality, and a timely order. It’d obviously not going to happen anytime soon.
We go here often and have never had any mixed up orders or problems.
Parking: Parking is tight right in front, but there are huge open lots of you don't mind crossing the road.

Person at the counter was an older man in a red shirt who was rude . Not a single person was wearing gloves while making pizza and no one washed their hands.

My go to pizza joint, never a long wait, you get good value for your money, and the stuffed crust is to die for 🖤🖤
Vegetarian options: If you can't find a veggie you like here, your picky lol
Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free options
Parking: It's in a smaller strip mall setting, with other popular food and dessert destinations so parking can be a little tricky
Kid-friendliness: Kids and pizza, need I say more
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp to access the side walk from the parking lot and the door is wide enough to fit a chair thru, this is not an eat in location.
