Ordered a small artichoke sub online. Asked for lite sauce. It was so covered in sauce on both sides that the wrapping was wet. The bread was wet and it was inedible. In the past if I ask for lite or no mayo it’s covered in it. I had to throw it away as it was soggy and gross.
Don’t offer option or lite, none, or regular sauce if you don’t read the instructions. When we picked it up they had just finished so it wasn’t like it had been sitting for a long time. I will give them they make their sandwiches fast but please don’t cover a sandwich so much in sauce that it’s wet and disgusting. Think I’m done with penn station in my area.

Sign on the door and the hours on Google both say closed at 10 but the door was locked at 9:30.
Brandy and her team are awesome! They always do a great job making sure we feel welcomed. We've only been in a handful of times and Brandy always welcomes my kiddos and make our experience a great one.

Zero stars for the manager/cook of this location. Went inside the restaurant to eat, 30 minutes later no food, very rude manager/cook. We left and won’t be back. They don’t want you to use the online ordering at all, they will make 10 peoples multi orders before making any online orders even if you let them know you are in the store and just ordered.
My husband and I went in store to eat, found a table and ordered on the mobile app. After ordering, I went up to the counter, advised of my online order and got our drink cups. We then sat at a table. 20 minutes went by and I began to see customers who came in after we ordered, get their food. We waited a few more minutes and then went up to ask how much longer. The woman who I assume was the manager said that she prioritized all in store orders over any mobile app orders. I looked above the grill where the receipt/orders were and ours was all the way on the left and maybe another 6 customer orders all to the right of it with multiple drop down receipts (multiple sandwiches.)
She said it would be a while longer until she even got to make ours. We waited another ten minutes and she still was prioritizing new walk in customers over our order. I then asked for a refund. No remorse or apology by the manager. This was the most frustrating experience I’ve ever had with Penn station.
Waited more than 30 minutes and we did not get our food and threw out our cups.
I have sent all info online to the email and website for contact. The upper management and district managers should be aware of this practice asap.

Unbelievable slow and no communication from staff. A dasher would lose money from this.

The food was great. Beats a cold Jimmy John's or anything from Subway every day of the week. Place was clean. No one was dining in, but plenty of carryout. Even as busy as they were, all 3 of the employees made it a point to say goodbye. You don't get that at other fast food/sandwich places.

The older lady with dark hair and glasses was very rude. She kept cutting everyone off everytime they tried to talk. Tried to rush people through the line and make the feel less than. I really hope this was not a manager but the way she was bossing employees around I would say she is.
Asked for a small drink with my order but when I asked for my cup after paying, cashier repeatedly and disrespectfully insisted I didn't order one. Begrudgingly gave me the cup for free but very much do not appreciate the disrespect. Would have been no problem if he'd admitted his mistake but now I have no intention of coming back anytime soon. No complaints about the food, only the rude cashier
The lady that cooks there does not like her job at all. All you hear is complaining while she working and she looks at the customers with a mean face. Plus the other staff does not show any great experience to there at all 0stars for me

They were having a challenging day with some technical difficulties and still to the time to take care of me. Good on yall
Sandwiches sub-par, staff forgot half of our order. Could clean out the ketchup dispenser and mustard bin. Staff was very polite.
Tried to order lunch. The woman at the register was possibly the most unpleasant and rudest employee I have ever had the misfortune of interacting with. I work in the food industry so I don't care how busy she thinks she is. This was horrible.

We came in to order a few sandwiches and my child doesn’t like penn station so we got her Arby’s and as soon as we walked in the lady jumped down our throat about bringing in Arby’s and we needed to get rid of it in order to eat penn station. She was extremely rude! We left and won’t be back
