The manager was very rude. She lied to me about the time she received my order. My order went through at 1:55 pm and she said they just received it upon me walking in at 2:06pm. I had to wait another 20 minutes while listening to the manager complain about previous customers. She was also reprimanding one of the employees. When my order was ready, she basically shoved it at me without an apology for the wait or even a thank you for coming in. And to top it off, one of my sandwiches was wrong. My small BLT that I ordered was a snack BLT which had one 3 inch slice of bacon on it. I didn’t realize until i got home. I’m pretty sure she realized her mistake, though, without owning up to it, because she taped the description receipt on the other sandwiches but did not tape one on the wrong one.

On Tuesday January 27th I called Penn Station to place an order for myself and my coworker while I was on the phone with the manager I was explaining how to spell my name and she quickly shut me up telling me ma'am I didn't say excuse me cuz I didn't know how to spell your name I know how to spell your name. I then explained I would like to order two subs one was a cheese steak sub and the other one was a turkey sub and I said since we're ordering Subs your website says you can get a free small fry she said well I already have you under a different deal and I said oh I'm sorry which one is that and she said you're buy one get one that sounds like you're better deal I said oh okay thank you can you add a small fry she said yes be here in 10 minutes your order will be ready she said she was the manager I said okay thank you. When we were hanging up the phone she proceeded to tell me to make sure I brought my coupon I told her I didn't have a coupon she hung up anyway. So my girlfriend went ahead and went up that we work in the same Plaza as the Penn Station so she went up there to get our order and our order was not ready she had to wait and they told her that they didn't make the order until we got there. That's not what I was told when I placed the order my girlfriend tried to explain to her that we had we wanted the we had a code JMBOGO she said she needed the coupon so then my girlfriend said ok well can I have the Tuesday Special? Misty and Elizabeth are ladies wr dealt with said we don't have a Tueday Special. My friend to get back to work after she $23.00 for 2 small subs and a small fry. When she got back to work she explained to me what happened so I called asking to speak with someone other than the manager because she was the rude one I spoke to on the phone. A woman gets on the phone telling me she is the manager but her name wasn't Misty or Elizabeth she was the only manager. I explained to her what just happened with with my coworker and she said we do not have Tuesday Special and I explained well the website on Google maps said different she called me a liar I said you should look at ypur website because that's what it said she hung up on me. With that I knew I wasn't getting g anywhere so with that being said im sorry that you employed that type of manager who was rude from the start, who told me she was giving us the buy 1 get 1 deal for us because it was the better deal then denied all of. I will never go to that ever again. I wonder how many other customers she has been that rude to for no reason.I work customer service and while the customer is t always right I do atleast listen to them and check out what they are saying then go from there I don't just call them liars and dismiss them. The worst experience I've ever had at any restaurant.I feel sorry for her coworkers and your customers, we'll and you as the owner wondering how much money she has cost you by being so rude to people.
My only complaint is they forgot to include the plates & plastic ware on yhe catering order eventhough it was requested on the order. I jad to run out to the gas station and was late delivering to the meeting.

Good food but you get charged $0.50 for a cup of water with your food? If I come back I will get it to go. But likely I will just eat elsewhere. Prices are similar to many other options.

Poor service, music up so loud they can't hear what you ordered, gave me wrong sandwich and then argued with me. Left the sandwich and the bad service. Diner down the street is Way better and listens to the customer. Penn Station in St An, Mo has got this one beat by a mile for Customer Service!!
Fix your online ordering system where I don’t get charged twice!

Ordered a small artichoke sub online. Asked for lite sauce. It was so covered in sauce on both sides that the wrapping was wet. The bread was wet and it was inedible. In the past if I ask for lite or no mayo it’s covered in it. I had to throw it away as it was soggy and gross.
Don’t offer option or lite, none, or regular sauce if you don’t read the instructions. When we picked it up they had just finished so it wasn’t like it had been sitting for a long time. I will give them they make their sandwiches fast but please don’t cover a sandwich so much in sauce that it’s wet and disgusting. Think I’m done with penn station in my area.

Sign on the door and the hours on Google both say closed at 10 but the door was locked at 9:30.
Brandy and her team are awesome! They always do a great job making sure we feel welcomed. We've only been in a handful of times and Brandy always welcomes my kiddos and make our experience a great one.

Zero stars for the manager/cook of this location. Went inside the restaurant to eat, 30 minutes later no food, very rude manager/cook. We left and won’t be back. They don’t want you to use the online ordering at all, they will make 10 peoples multi orders before making any online orders even if you let them know you are in the store and just ordered.
My husband and I went in store to eat, found a table and ordered on the mobile app. After ordering, I went up to the counter, advised of my online order and got our drink cups. We then sat at a table. 20 minutes went by and I began to see customers who came in after we ordered, get their food. We waited a few more minutes and then went up to ask how much longer. The woman who I assume was the manager said that she prioritized all in store orders over any mobile app orders. I looked above the grill where the receipt/orders were and ours was all the way on the left and maybe another 6 customer orders all to the right of it with multiple drop down receipts (multiple sandwiches.)
She said it would be a while longer until she even got to make ours. We waited another ten minutes and she still was prioritizing new walk in customers over our order. I then asked for a refund. No remorse or apology by the manager. This was the most frustrating experience I’ve ever had with Penn station.
Waited more than 30 minutes and we did not get our food and threw out our cups.
I have sent all info online to the email and website for contact. The upper management and district managers should be aware of this practice asap.

Unbelievable slow and no communication from staff. A dasher would lose money from this.

The food was great. Beats a cold Jimmy John's or anything from Subway every day of the week. Place was clean. No one was dining in, but plenty of carryout. Even as busy as they were, all 3 of the employees made it a point to say goodbye. You don't get that at other fast food/sandwich places.

The older lady with dark hair and glasses was very rude. She kept cutting everyone off everytime they tried to talk. Tried to rush people through the line and make the feel less than. I really hope this was not a manager but the way she was bossing employees around I would say she is.
Asked for a small drink with my order but when I asked for my cup after paying, cashier repeatedly and disrespectfully insisted I didn't order one. Begrudgingly gave me the cup for free but very much do not appreciate the disrespect. Would have been no problem if he'd admitted his mistake but now I have no intention of coming back anytime soon. No complaints about the food, only the rude cashier
