Can we play let's find the cheese? After craving a Pizza Hut pan pizza for so long, we ordered and paid $25 for these two pizzas that you see here. The cheese doesn't even go till the end, it's more of a sauce Pizza than a cheese pizza with veggies. Highly disappointed that this kind of pizza even passed the final inspection and was given to the customer. Don't want free food or extra food at no cost, just wanted the food that we paid for made properly.

They missed an item on my order. I sat in the drive through for 25 more minutes without anybody even checking or caring. Line of cars behind me. Terrible.

Went to eat in the dining room Saturday. The woman was so rude. Said no one come out there at night. Order first. I asked where the menu was. She pointed over there. She was rude, said there was not enough staff. We left I was furious. There was 3 kids standing outside the kitchen door taking a break at the same time smoking. With the door open so the smoke was going inside the kitchen area. First she should not work with public. If they are understaffed, Why are 3 kids taking a break at 530pm at the same time? We left I will be calling the corporate head quarters

How is it you're allowed to charge your customers a $4.99 delivery fee, yet you don't even use your own drivers, but use DoorDash? It was originally instituted to cover your driver's operational costs and insurance. You have neither of those overheads when using DoorDash. So why are you still charging us a fee?

We ordered pan pizzas. We paid extra for pan pizzas. They were not, they were hand tossed. I called to simply get pan pizzas, the first person I spoke to was very nice. We waited 40 minutes for the order to be re-delivered. They were hand tossed. I called and the 2nd woman was extremely rude, would not even let me speak just kept saying they were pan. Look, no one is trying to get free food, we simply wanted pan pizza. The pizza was not good and our breads ticks had to be microwaved. Mind you, this location is 5 minutes from my home. Managers should not speak to customers that way. Disappointed with the food we waited 2 hours for. If this is pan pizza, then I think we will stick to other pizza places, this pizza was not good at all.

I was there on September 25 around 1:30 right before the buffet closed. I didn't even know there was one so I was delighted!! She explained that it was closing in 10 minutes so i should get many plates. I did. The pizza and cinnamon sticks were perfect. Although the breadsticks were hard. I jumped up to see if she'd cleared the buffet yet, and she had. I was looking for 1 more slice. She offered to make me a personal pan pizza instead, which I declined as I was starting to get full. Her demeanor was cheerful and professional. This location is near my doctor but far from home. When time allows, I will be back!
This is a nice looking pizza Hut. We had the lunch buffet and it was reasonably priced. Service was great.

I eat at this Pizza Hut at least once a week my food is 100% correct and the employees always very nice especially the manager Tyler I would recommend this Pizza Hut above any of the other ones in the US and I used to travel for work I've eaten at a lot of Pizza Huts

I love this Pizza Hut most places that serve “fast food” are so quick to rush you out the door my local Pizza Hut 30 minutes from here makes the food sloppy and rushed and makes me not wanna eat Pizza Hut but this Pizza Hut makes me want to drive 30 minutes just because of there amazing staff and service 10 out of 10 y’all i haven’t had good wings from Pizza Hut until i started coming here ❤️
