QDOBA Mexican Eats

I got a steak bowl and so so excited to have Qdoba again. They closed the one in Rockford IL a while ago so we haven't had it in a long time. I was so excited but I was very disappointed in the taste! No flavor at all, all I could was the black beans. No kick in the Queso, the steak or the Pico. So disappointed
Will never go back!

Ordered my food and had a few minutes wait when my food was ready girl at the register pushed my food and the to go bag and me and I had to put my own food in the bag.

This Qdoba is a good one. You will enjoy it.

I honestly gave up on Qdoba the past few years because the food became sloppy and the employees at every location made you feel like you’re bothering them for simply existing and walking into the place.

THIS specific qdoba is full of smiling people who do a good job and don’t make you feel like you’re inconveniencing them. It’s a breath of fresh air and I’ve come back to this location three times in the past three weeks because they’ve made such a good impression after bad experiences elsewhere, so I’m leaving this review. Like ten people in line before me, because everyone wants to come to this location, and I was in and out in 10 minutes. Thanks for making food great again!!!

The food here is not only amazing, but it's one of the most consistent places I've visited. It's been the exact same every time, and I haven't had a bad experience yet. Very good, fresh food for the money.

Always had good experiences with this Qdoba. Somehow managed to come home today with the wrong salsa on my bowl. Not sure how, because they literally make the food in front of you based on what you request (and I wasn’t even ordering anything else besides this), so I am definitely to blame for not paying attention. I called up there anyway and the manager was super understanding and replaced my bowl no problem. He even went so far as to give me a free drink and small bag of chips for my trouble (which, again, I partially caused). Really appreciate how he went above and beyond to fix the only issue I’ve ever had there. Excellent customer service! Great Qdoba! Which btw is always WAY better than Chipotle any day of the week.

By far the worst Qdoba I've ever been to. Every time I go to this one in Fenton (closest to my house), I regret it. They consistently get your orders wrong (see picture - missing pico, guac and sour cream) and give you not even half of a bowl worth of food (once again see picture - haven't even taken a bite yet). Because of this, I've started to prefer Chipotle.

Bathroom was disgusting, guaq was just cut up pieces of avocado, steak was tougher than shoe leather, and it did horrible things to my stomach

Your app is the absolute worst app I have ever used for ordering food. Specially the payment section. I have a gift card. I want to apply the gift card to my order. It will absolutely not let me use a gift card and then use my debit card to pay the rest. I will never come here again as it is the most frustrating experience I have ever had ordering food!!!!!!!!

Horrible service. The person who took my order had an attitude, even arguing with me about portions that I’m paying for. I sat in there and ate my food on my lunch break. I had the three cheese nachos. After eating this, I got so sick that I was throwing up, running off and had a fever for two days. New Halls Ferry location in Saint Louis in the Cross Keys Plaza, please do better. I used to love this location but ever since they changed management, this location has been going down! No one seems to care about nothing at that location anymore but a paycheck! I’ll try elsewhere for a while. And this is not to bash Qdoba’s as a business but that location is the worst.

Food and service are great, but unfortunately looks like it doesn’t get cleaned. I visited on a Friday and the bathrooms were pretty gross, then came back the next day and nothing had changed. The booths and floors are the same way. The staff is super friendly and the food is fresh, so I’m hoping cleanliness will improve.
