Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Des Peres tends to be better. The food is good but service is always slow and the servers tend to follow up less with the use of food runners.

We like to order and pick up because we live close. In my opinion these are some of the best burgers I've ever had. Perfectly cooked and juicy. Fresh toppings and delicious sauces. Now that ive had these no other places are nearly as good.

Great service

Burgers look like pre-made pattys out of a box from grocery store. It had been yrs since I had them. They were much better then. I won't be back.

We walked in and were seated right away. We came at a good time and it was fairly quiet. The television was playing sports highlights, and the server was super friendly. We ordered boneless wings as an appitizer and ordered a couple of drinks. I recommend it. I also ordered the queso burger, which was great and unlimited Caesar salad. It was a restaurant I will definitely come back to and had a good time. I'll be back!

A little pricey

Very loud. 2 burgers and 2 fries were 40. Seems a little high.

Service was great. Food came out looking like a holocaust survivor compared to the picture. This was an 18 dollar burger. Will never becoming back.

Never got seated. Apparently six people is too big of a group for them. Hostess had plenty of time to talk and carry on with coworkers. When two other parties were seated a member of our party asked if there would be a table ready, hostess stated they were cleaning it. This was the same thing we were told 15 minutes prior. Plenty of empty tables. The hostess went and got a manager who was argumentative from the beginning. She did not try to descalate the situation. The member of our party was upset but in a seated position. At no point was she a threat to the hostess. The manager treated our group like we were threatening and had committed some crime. Terrible service. Manager has no managerial skills and should not be working in the service industry.

My family and I went to Red Robin last week and it was a horrible experience. The host seemed like we were bothering him. We were seated immediately, and ordered drinks. The runner had a horrible attitude, and my drink was wrong. When bringing the second attempt at my drink she verbally had an attitude and left the wrong drink on the table. We ordered the chips and queso appetizer and I had to ask for more chips. There were 3 of us and enough chips for one person but enough dip for 5 people. Again the runner had an attitude when bringing over our appetizer. When we finally got our food the fries were cold, overly salted and less than a handful. Again, the runner had an attitude and verbally barked when I didn't respond to her fast enough on who's plate she was holding. Lastly, my burger was not cooked as ordered and very sloppily put together. We won't be dining there again, extremely disappointing given the outrageous pricing and the staff acting like we, the paying customers are disrupting their day.
