Great place to get excellent baked goods.

We went at a very busy time but the service was still great. Food came out quickly. And the food was so good.

It's an all around great place that never disappoints with food and service

An update to my earlier review: I was in the area and remembered how good the coffee is! So I stopped in for an iced hazelnut coffee and had the turkey and avocado sandwich. It was delicious and the service was excellent.

In from the Lake St. Louis area and wanted to visit a local cafe. The iced caramel latte was utterly delicious, and not too sweet. The kids loved the bakery items they chose. I definitely recommend coming here, especially to pick up baked goods for a brunch!

I had dinner here this week and was thrilled to discover that they make a terrific Carrot Cake. The sandwich and cheesecake were very good as well. The last behind the counter was helpful and answered all my questions about their deserts. I will be back for more carrot cake.

Russell's has the best chicken Caesar wrap! Big enough for two meals - so I can save room for a slice of cake! Delicious every time - consume locally!

Russell’s Cafe and Bakery is an absolute gem. It’s a small, quaint spot with tons of charm, think cozy, quiet, and effortlessly cute. The staff are fantastic, and Bo in particular made my morning. Friendly, attentive, and just genuinely kind. The whole place feels like a hug in café form. Highly recommend if you’re looking for great service and an inviting atmosphere.

Pleasant surprise in an older suburban strip mall

Stopped on my way back from the children’s hospital having a rough day. The staff was amazing and the food was amazing. They have a huge variety and something perfect for everyone’s sweet tooth. This will be my regular stop

Perfect place for a quick getaway from the day. Close to the hospital so it's extremely convenient, my fiance had our baby boy and this place was an absolute gem to find for great lattes

My first impression of the place wasn’t that great. I pulled up and saw that they were busy so I thought it would be a really great coffee place. Unfortunately, the service wasn’t friendly and it seemed like the employees were just aggravated with each other or just because of how busy they were. And they moved rather slow. I was going to order something with white chocolate mocha but unfortunately they didn’t have that, so I ordered a cappuccino and it was more than mostly foam & burnt. The muffin I ordered was great though!

The food is good but the service is unbelievably slow. 20 us minutes for 2 sandwiches in a not busy restaurant is a but ridiculous. Don't come if you're in a hurry. Plus no way to order to-go online is a negative at this point.

A great place to make a friend, have a date, or meet family. Nikki was funny and provided great service. The whole staff was accommodating and friendly. A+ service! Anything with bacon or avocado and you can’t go wrong.
