Russell's Cafe & Bakery

Today was my first visit and I was very impressed with the variety of food, drinks and desserts available. I had a 1/2 ham and guda sandwich and Mac n cheese. Very delicious. I bought my mom a slice of cake for her birthday and and large cinnamon roll for my brother. They were very impressed. I can wait to go back.

I've been here a few times today I got the 1/2 pot roast sandwich and 1/2 macaroni and cheese. The macaroni and cheese was very good. The pot roast actually lacked seasoning and was very Bland. They have had much better Pot Roast in the past. My friend had a farmer salad which looked amazing and she said it tasted amazing. I broke down today and got a sugar-free vanilla latte (6.00), which was really good, but they charged me $0.75 to make it sugar free???

One of my favorite spots to stop for coffee & gooey butter cake. Left a 5 star in the past, but I was recently charged a $6 to go fee on a pre packaged gooey butter cake and coffee… the $6 fee was more than my coffee. Gouging loyal customers isn’t how you retain them.

First time here and WOW, so many great menu items to pick from. I had the Grilled Cuban, very good! It was hard to pick a dessert as they all looked fantastic. I decided on the lemon pie pan square. It did not disappoint! I will be back!!

This place is absolutely glorious!!! You will not regret going to this gem, the food is absolutely divine, especially the harvest grill and the gooey butter cake. If I let myself give as much praise as I want to I’ll begin to sound like I’ve fallen into a cult (but hey this would be a pretty good cult to join if it ever became one!)

The staff if so incredible as well, especially the awesome guy with the fox necklace and tattoos, he served me a few times and he puts the A++ into excellence, incredible individual that deserves an insanely high degree of appreciation!

And all the workers I’ve seen here, you can just tell they’re just good kind people;)

I just happen to be in the area and the place i wanted to try didn't open for abother hour so here we go...Ill give them a plus for service because everything was ez breezy. The order, they answered questions and more than 1 person stopped by to ask how my meal was. The tasted amazing. Although they advertise a sunrise and the egg felt more like a light scramble but we won't take off any points. The french toast has a lemon curd that paired very well with the syrup. A suprising update to the usual sweetness of french toast. Add the whipped cream and its a sure winner. The vibes don't really say much but people like this spot. Its get packed quick but not much more to the experience of it. All in all you will enjoy your visit no doubt....

Me and my fiancé came here for breakfast, never even heard of the place before but it looked cute had 4.7 stars so we thought we’d give it a try. Get in look over menu, not a lot of options but find something we wanted ordered and then waited for like 20 mins for our food. He got the French toast and a water and I got the bacon egg cheese on sourdough and an iced caramel latte. The coffee was good, not too sweet or too milky, which is a win in my book. But $40 for just that is pretty high in my opinion. Food finally came, all was good until I found a hair in my sandwich. Lost my appetite and left. Wont be coming back.

Staff is helpful; makes suggestions. Food is delicious. The desserts are incredible! Everything from cookies to cakes, cheesecakes and of course, the best gooey butter cakes! So good and reasonably priced.

My wife and I had lunch at Russell’s yesterday. I had the club with pasta saladand my wife had the pork tenderloin sandwich with chips. Both sandwiches were $13.50. No complaints on the pasta salad or chips. Both sandwiches tasted fine but were short on meat - seriously short. The club had one slice of turkey and one slice of ham on it! Really!

We sat in one of the booths and the seat on one side is covered with tape. Not exactly what I’d expect to find in a nice lunch spot.

Our advice, consider someplace else if you want a hardy sandwich.

Kicking myself for sleeping on this gem for so long! Walked in on a whim and picked up a muffin and bear claw. My first (good) surprise was the price, only $7 for both pastries. My 2nd was the fact that the muffin wasn't JUST chocolate chip, but BANANA chocolate chip. The 3rd was how the bear claw was crispy, but also light and airy. I could tell by looking at all the great selections everything is baked with love and some serious culinary skills . I will definitely be back for more awesome sweets, and to check out their breakfast and lunch options.

Service was passable. The person taking orders was preoccupied with talking and counting top money with us standing right in front of her waiting to order. The person clearing the tables was extremely rude.
