Went here for some ice cream. Ordered three ice creams with extra Oreo. Got home to find hardly any Oreos in any of them and then when I went to see if there was Oreos through the entire concrete found over half, almost 3/4 of it was plain ice cream. Went back up and was greeted by a very rude worker who judged me and said “well must of been good bc they are half eaten” they were not even 1/4 of the way gone. Then came back out and rudely said “well what do you want, us to make them over” I said yeah that would be great since we paid for three extra Oreo concretes and hardly got Oreo in them. They remade them but then when we got back home they were worse than the first ones. Will never return to this sonic again. Very pricey for tiny bit of Oreos in your concrete plus very rude workers.

Very disappointed with service at the Fenton, MO location. I ordered a watermelon slush for myself, a blast for my son and kids burger meal witj ketchup only, no cheese for my 5 year old with a Unicorn Dream Slush without whipped topping because she is allergic to dairy. I specified this during ordering. Then attendant asked if I wanted cheese on the burger, I replied no cheese. Drove the 20 minutes home, unwrapped the burger for 5 year old and there is melted cheese spilling off the burger on to the paper. She has a dairy allergy, and you can't just pick off melty cheese. So I wrap it back up and drive the 20 minutes back to sonic. Pull up to the drive through tell them what's happened, and they ask if I have my receipt. I said I didnt, when they girl brought the food out she asked if I wanted the receipt and I said no. Well apparently thats where I went wrong. I assumed they would make the food as I ordered it, and would not need evidence of it approximately 45 minutes later. Then a man came on the intercom, and said with out a receipt there's nothing they can do. Would not replace my 5 year olds burger! I refused to buy another one, because of their error. Other fast food places have made the same error over the last few years, I get it mistakes happen. But of the times ive had to take a burger with cheese back, I have never had her meal not corrected to be dairy free. Left and went to McDonalds and got her a plain hamburger, no cheese. Disgusting service. Will never go back.

The food was nothing short of terrible…… soft mushy nasty fries and tots…. Chicken club toaster tasted like it was reheated…… we had two smashers aside from the toaster that the beef tasted like it sat for a long while….. the entire experience was absolutely horrible….. not sure if this is a staffing issue or lack of care to food safety and quality but this experience just adds to the rest of these dumps in Fenton…….
