The food was nothing short of terrible…… soft mushy nasty fries and tots…. Chicken club toaster tasted like it was reheated…… we had two smashers aside from the toaster that the beef tasted like it sat for a long while….. the entire experience was absolutely horrible….. not sure if this is a staffing issue or lack of care to food safety and quality but this experience just adds to the rest of these dumps in Fenton…….

Always a great place for a burger or a shake and the staff are always chipper and nice! The app needs some work, but overall it's a great place with great selections.

This is a dumpy sonic. A lot of the stalls outside have handwritten signs on them that say BROKEN.
We ordered drinks only the diet sprite must have been empty bc it's all carbonated water. One of the drinks was supposed to have peach, and it came plain. It would have been nice to know if they were out of it. We would have picked something else. Instead, we were charged for it and didn't get anything.

Ordered 2 jr burgers and 1 drink. Sat in a stall for 20 minutes after we ordered before we left. He took the order through the intercom too. There were 3 cars in the drive through when we left and only 1 stall at a stall

I’ve been coming to this Sonic location on and off for over 5 years, and I honestly can’t recall a single noticeably bad experience. Most of my visits are in the morning for breakfast, and they have consistently done an outstanding job—especially with the breakfast burritos.

The food is always hot, fresh, and made with great attention to quality. I also want to highlight the blonde carhop who’s been working most mornings for as long as I can remember. She is always very friendly, fast, and ensures my order is perfect every time.

As a whole, this location absolutely deserves five stars for its consistency and great service over the years!

I had to repeat my order 4 times in the drive thru and I still received the wrong burger. I tried calling the store to tell them, but apparently they don’t have a phone that works at the moment. Contacted corporate and they said they could load a 5$ gift card to my account that I could use at a later date with a purchase. The burger I ordered was 7.00. Not the best at customer service.
