Ashley at the Starbucks in Gravois Bluffs Fenton is AWESOME. Sheās VERY nice and friendly. She ALWAYS has a smile and VERY polite. She always knows the exact drink that I always get and has it rung up as soon as she sees me and remembers my name without having to ask me. She is the ONLY one at this location that goes above and beyond to make sure you get what you order. I have NEVER had any issues with her. To be honest she is the ONLY one I want to interact with. I donāt leave a tip because I donāt know if it would only go to her specifically or if it goes into a āsharedā tip between everyone. If thatās the case I donāt think that is fair. If Ashley leaves this location I will find another Starbucks and give them my business.

Stopped going to this location even though itās closer to me. They seem lazy in the way they prepare the drinks. Not consistent anymore. Consistency is one of the reasons I stick with Starbucks

Went this morning and got a christmas coffee the sugar cookie one. And I received plain coffee with milk. It tasted awful. And the line usually a long wait. And I was able to get through in 2 mins. Ordering and receiving. A waste of my money.

I go to this Starbucks at least 3 times a week and get the same drink every time. When I got it this morning it had a weird taste, so I headed inside and explained to a girl it tasted almost soapy? I probably sounded insane but she was super polite and remade it with no hesitation. The remake tasted the way it usually does. I wish I would have got her name but I see her a lot in the drive thru. Had to write a review because this place has the best staff!! :)
