Just went through the drive through and pay 16.00 dollars for two coffees that were horrible. I will be calling corporate on this location this is not the first time this has happened and trying to call and get your money back is a joke. They never pick up the phone.đĄ

Ashley at the Starbucks in Gravois Bluffs Fenton is AWESOME. Sheâs VERY nice and friendly. She ALWAYS has a smile and VERY polite. She always knows the exact drink that I always get and has it rung up as soon as she sees me and remembers my name without having to ask me. She is the ONLY one at this location that goes above and beyond to make sure you get what you order. I have NEVER had any issues with her. To be honest she is the ONLY one I want to interact with. I donât leave a tip because I donât know if it would only go to her specifically or if it goes into a âsharedâ tip between everyone. If thatâs the case I donât think that is fair. If Ashley leaves this location I will find another Starbucks and give them my business.
