Food was what I'd expect for steak n shake. The drink machine didn't work for soft drinks and the water button sticks. It's impossible to get a workers attention to get them to fill your drink. Womens bathroom had no toilet paper and soaps dispensers broken. Employees white shirts are COVERED in stains. Watched one if the employees put his foot in the trash to smash it down then proceed to walk back into the kitchen. One of the cooks wasn't wearing a hair net. It does seem like some of the handful of employees are very hard workers though. Just seems as the may not have been trained very well.

This location has come such a long way!! We had kind of given up on them a few years back except for milkshakes. Then about a year ago we stopped in and were a little taken back when we saw they switched to kiosks but the food more than made up for it!! We have dined in pretty regularly now and it never disappoints. Its fresh and tasty! I also had not gone through the drive through in a few years because it was never really good by the time we got home but I was craving some cheese fries the other day and figured I would try my luck and it was totally worth it!

High chairs were filthy, my hamburger bun was soggy from grease, the chili was sub-par and they did away with the little hot peppers sauce for it! I was truly disappointed for the $42 in which it cost to feed my husband, my 4 year old and myself. It's one of the few Steak n Shakes left and has gone to hell.

Hate that Steak and Shake no longer has servers. They must be on the ropes fighting to stay afloat. I rarely go anymore because....HUMANS...

My son was playing a claw machine game and didn’t win. He was a little upset and a worker he must’ve gone out. It was so nice and my son was so happy. I know it was such a small gesture but in today’s society, it really needs so much. It was a Green Bay Packers there and my son says it’s my best friend son because he’s a huge packer fan. He was so happy to receive it and it just shows that a little act of tired to go a long way. I hope he sees us and just want to let him know you’re a little act of kindness. really touch our family and we appreciate it. Thank you so much for showing us. There are still good people out there.

This is Freddy's now, not Steak n Shake.Burgers taste just like Steak n Shake. Fries are like Steak n Shake too but seasoned much and are really good. It seemed quite noisy with ppl talking, the music, and the loud announcement to come pick up tour order.

Thought I would give it another try since there was no one in the drive thru lane. Asked for a burger no cheese and Frisco sause. Got it home it had cheese and then they tried to scrape it off and put the Frisco sause over it. French fries were very under cooked. Chili as cold. Very sad that the only think I can get there now is a shake. You guys need to get it together
