I went through drive through. Jeremy who took my order was lovely. When I received my ordered I asked for no bun due to allergies. All the food was sloppy and thrown to the side. It was very dry. I was given no silverware. As well.

The food was decent. The manager that was there is RUDE! He burned the sourdough for my Frisco and when I asked for new bread he rolled his eyes and snatched the burned sandwich out of my basket. We asked for containers for our leftovers and again he copped an attitude and didn't even give us what we asked for. WE WILL NEVER COME BACK! Horrible first impression for out of towners!

Mike was absolutely amazing in the drive thru! I mistakenly misordered something as simple as my drink size, which he didn't even point out and instead offered to replace it with what I wanted. No arguments, no hassle, no blame. .and even offered a fry for MY mistake...
Grade A management material, if not more! Fantastic service and Mike...you should be proud of yourself, if only bringing a smile to 1 family a day, you brought it to mine today.

Jeremy doesn't do refunds so if you have a bug in your food they'll only make you new food as if you would want to eat some

So far, the best fasr food chain for me! The food was delicious, burger with fresh vegetables, but milkshake was another level! I will come back there!

Steak n shake needs to get rid of the drive thru and bring back servers. Waited around 20 minutes for two milkshakes. its not that big of a deal, like, I can wait sure. Just kinda sucks, yknow?
