Only subway I’ve ever been to that feels like they’re skimping you on ingredients. Doesn’t honor coupons. Refuse to make specific subs listed as options on subway app or restrict that choice to a 6”. Bad/weird business practices. Whatever marginal cost they are saving by limiting choices or putting a noticeably less amount of lettuce or tomatoes etc. isn’t worth rubbing customers wrong way. If you must get a sub in Fenton go to another location.

Got home and the girl had switched the breads when she made the sandwiches. Everything she did she had to ask me a question and she couldn't remember the sauces that went on the sandwich. I had to drive back a 2nd time and she and the other girl had lots of discussion and then had to get on the phone with someone. I asked them to please just get going and remake the sandwiches so I could get home. And then of course there is no recompense for the inconvenience to me. This place has gone downhill. There is always the chance you'll get stale bread from the day before when you go at lunch. I don't know why Subway advertises coupons, because none of the Subways near me accept them anymore.

I got lunch as I do probably one a week. The bag of chips I grabbed were stale. I tried to exchange for a different bag but the manager didn’t let me or refund my money. He said well you opened the bag already. Yeah dude how would I know if the chips weren’t good. Customer service is terrible!

Never liked this subway because they have never accepted coupons. Tried ordering through the app today because they had a coupon only to find out the order was cancelled when I got to the store. I asked if I could just order at the store and they said no because the coupon is only for online orders. I had to order online. I tried and they had terrible service in the store and wasn't able to place an order. They wouldn't work with me at all. Customer service is non existent at this location.

Just awful. I've eaten here 10 times in the past 7 years, it just gets worse & worse. I'm not going back. Ever.It's not just this Subway. It's all of them. Subway used to be a decent fast food choice 10 years ago. Now, it's just total garbage ingredients, on total garbage bread, with total garbage toppings & total garbage condiments.

Absolutely tf not!!! Ordered a foot long, got HALF of what I paid for. Called to speak to a manager and then they hung up. Called again multiple times and they wouldn’t answer. Do not order from here. What a shame. Can’t even make a damn sandwich right. I will be contacting corporate

Went to get 2 foot longs started by saying we wanted 2 footlong with whole wheat bread with our hesitation the lady starts putting tuna on the sub. I told her I didn’t want tuna than she looks at her coworker and rolls her eyes. Then I said I wanted a BMT and she then made that sandwich and barely put the toppings on it. Then I ordered the 2nd sub. A pizza sub with some topping. After the sandwich’s are made I was informed that a pizza sub isn’t on their menu so they charged me for a spicy Italian witch is like $3 dollars more. We I got home I took a bite out of my sandwich AND IT HAS TUNA ALL OVER MY BMT. She never got me new bread. Should’ve been paying attention but still I feel like I should be able to get new bread without asking. Threw my $11 BMT in the trash. And they don’t accept Coupons witch is comical.

This will be my last visit to this subway! location. Appalling interactions with manager, and the new trainees. Asked if the have a simple veteran or military discount and they all three continued to laugh and asked if I serious. Understanding they are privately owned and they don’t have to follow that discount, but could have been said without being ridiculed.

The manager doesn’t know how to do business. Force people to pay more for what should be free. Only the location is good. The management sucks. Worst subway I have ever been to.

Coupons suck , My Neice had a coupon for 8.99 . Foot long chips and soda . Total 12.59 . To sum it up Subway has gone to hewl in a hand basket. We'll stick with Culver's A kids meal sandwich, fries , drink and a ice cream TOTAL $7.20 The perk you save 10 token coupon. The customer receives a free kids meal.

Went in to use a "2 footlong for $12.99" coupon, upon asking if they accepted coupons I was presented with a hand written list of sandwhiches I could use the coupon on that differed from what the coupon said. Either accept coupons or don't, dont modify them on a whim.
