Here's a game called where's the tuna? This is my 6-in tuna with lettuce and tomato that I ordered this evening. It arrived with a smear of tuna and unwanted red onion. I can pick off the red onion but I can't add more tuna. Think twice before you order the tuna sandwich at the Subway on Bentley Plaza in Fenton, Missouri.

Totally messed up an online order. Go to any of the other 20 sandwich places in Fenton. For $40 it was not worth half that. I don't even know how this place is still there. Always dead anytime I go there and have repeatedly messed up my orders the past few times.

Haven't had subway in a while. Been going to Jimmy John's or Jersey mikes. Ordered two wraps, both came cold...why would a philly.cheese wrap be served cold? Definitely feels like a worker trying to spite me for ordering this early. (8:30) It was also gross, subway just doesn't stand up to other sub shops, this will be my last time ordering subway ever.

Both sandwiches I ordered had 1/3 of the meat as usual, sandwich was sloppily thrown together, service was meh, floor was dirty and dusty, there were flies around the place. Sad

Daytime General Manager doesn't even know how to work a gift card for their own store and said she didn't have time to deal with it. Besides being extremely rude she seemed very incompetent at her job. Do Not even bother with this location.

Only subway I’ve ever been to that feels like they’re skimping you on ingredients. Doesn’t honor coupons. Refuse to make specific subs listed as options on subway app or restrict that choice to a 6”. Bad/weird business practices. Whatever marginal cost they are saving by limiting choices or putting a noticeably less amount of lettuce or tomatoes etc. isn’t worth rubbing customers wrong way. If you must get a sub in Fenton go to another location.

Got home and the girl had switched the breads when she made the sandwiches. Everything she did she had to ask me a question and she couldn't remember the sauces that went on the sandwich. I had to drive back a 2nd time and she and the other girl had lots of discussion and then had to get on the phone with someone. I asked them to please just get going and remake the sandwiches so I could get home. And then of course there is no recompense for the inconvenience to me. This place has gone downhill. There is always the chance you'll get stale bread from the day before when you go at lunch. I don't know why Subway advertises coupons, because none of the Subways near me accept them anymore.

I got lunch as I do probably one a week. The bag of chips I grabbed were stale. I tried to exchange for a different bag but the manager didn’t let me or refund my money. He said well you opened the bag already. Yeah dude how would I know if the chips weren’t good. Customer service is terrible!

Never liked this subway because they have never accepted coupons. Tried ordering through the app today because they had a coupon only to find out the order was cancelled when I got to the store. I asked if I could just order at the store and they said no because the coupon is only for online orders. I had to order online. I tried and they had terrible service in the store and wasn't able to place an order. They wouldn't work with me at all. Customer service is non existent at this location.

Just awful. I've eaten here 10 times in the past 7 years, it just gets worse & worse. I'm not going back. Ever.It's not just this Subway. It's all of them. Subway used to be a decent fast food choice 10 years ago. Now, it's just total garbage ingredients, on total garbage bread, with total garbage toppings & total garbage condiments.

Absolutely tf not!!! Ordered a foot long, got HALF of what I paid for. Called to speak to a manager and then they hung up. Called again multiple times and they wouldn’t answer. Do not order from here. What a shame. Can’t even make a damn sandwich right. I will be contacting corporate
