I don’t know what the lady name was because she didn’t give it to me but her attitude was nasty from start to finish. I figured business might be slow… that’s the only other thing I could come up with. Well hopefully subway gets it together and AT LEAST smear the damn mayonnaise or mustard on the bread BEFORE you add anything else. I thought that was universal law but hey 🤷🏾♂️ at least I’m not hungry anymore. Thanks for the dry sandwich.

not sure how this place stays in business. inside a run down gas station and you cant get anyone to be at the counter for you to order. so i went to the other counter for the gas station and no one was there either. staff better?

As good as a subway location can get. Obviously, the ingredients are consistent with other locations. The service really put it over the top. There is. New management here really trying to turn this location around. Very friendly, speedy, and they god my order 100% correct! Give them another try if you’ve had bad luck in the past

Oh my gosh best subway experience I've ever had! My boyfriend and I met Frank, from Germany. He is amazing! Not only did he make us the best subway sandwiches we've ever had, but he had time to talk to us while he was working and told us about himself a bit (we hammered him with questions) he had the best attitude I think I've ever seen in a fast food worker and made sure we got everything we needed and we're satisfied. Thank you frank, I will never forget you!!

The most polite workers! Tiffany made my sandwich exactly how I asked. Fairly chatty, which I appreciated. Food was delicious and they kept the place very clean!

the old man that barely speaks English needs to be fired doesn’t even know what a Italian bmt then proceeds to argue with me that that’s not a sandwich then tells me to show him your lucky I didn’t reach across that counter and smack the taste out of your mouth

I had a horrible experience First the person was nowhere to be found, and then when she did decide to start making my sandwich, she was talking so much and laughing and joking with the people in the aisles, stocking the shields that she couldn’t pay me any attention after sprinkling lettuce on my sandwich with three fingers I said I asked for extra lettuce and she said well how much do you want? I’m sure a regular portion of lettuce on a sandwich is more than a three finger sprinkle and I could tell the attitude was on after that point because with each additional topping, she huffed and puffed all the while talking with the gas station employees about where to stock items on the shelf

Went here today on my 30 min lunch break. I had an online order I placed an hour ahead of time. Only to find it was not made. It was just an order gentleman working. He said he just started 3 months ago And didn't know how to make a simple pizza sub. So I had to walk him through it for the next 20 minutes. He really needs more training. He didn't know which side of the sandwich to put the ingredients. Or how to fold and wrap the sandwiches. I don't know why management would only have one guy that's that new.

Online orders are constantly late by 15-20 min. Show up to pick up at specified time and they haven't even started making it! Then they make it incorrectly on top of it! The service has really gone down at this location lately. Never had a problem here until about 2 months ago. Just showed up at 12:05 to pick up my food that was ordered for 12:00 pick up time. They guy said sorry we don't have flatbread that you asked for, we were gonna call you....but didn't. Ok, I said put it on wheat. They made the sandwich. I got it 15 min late. My lunch time is half gone now. Start to eat my sandwich and the chicken felt like I was eating mashed potatoes....it was so mushy. It was disgusting! I had two bites and could not finish it. With all this going on the last couple of months, I don't know if I'm coming back here again....
