1st of 3 Subways that we stopped at close to our home to use a coupon that came in our local mail. This location will not honor coupons along with one other in High Ridge. Now I know why at noon on a Friday the restaurant barely had a line. The only one that does honor coupons in the area, had a waiting line out the door. Hmm says something about marketing.

FYI: I specifically brought my daughter and her friend here, because I had a coupon. After my daughter started ordering I was told they don't accept coupons. It cost me $8 more, so I ended up not eating. Food is expensive right now like everything else. If I had known they didn't take coupons I would have gone somewhere else.

Was there at 8:25pm and they close at 10. Store was locked up but there was someone inside. The day before I was there 9:30 and again they close at 10 but no one was there.

They seemed angry at the fact that they had to make sandwiches. Which is very odd considering they work at a place that makes sandwiches. I don't know when the employees changed at this location but there's only one employee there. That's really good and she's an older lady. If it wasn't for her this would be a one star. Honestly this location in hollister just needs to be shut down until they figure it out.
