I showed up today and was wanting to pay cash so I couldn't use the self checkout machine. I waited for a long time and one employee asked the man if front of me if he had been helped, ignoring the other 3 people waiting. I finally left without placing an order because these employees wouldn't help me.

We got 2 taco supremes.3 burritos and nachos. All tasted so bad we couldn't eat it. No chips in the nachos, the meat tasted 2 or 3 days old. It was majorly gross!!!

Pulled into the drive through at 2:21 pm. Sat at the menu board for 9 minutes before someone took my order. Pulled up to the window, where it took another 14 minutes to give me my order. So much for fast food.

Overnight crew keeping it real for sure. Troy and Brian fixing me up with some great recommendations and you KNOW they got the sauce. I felt welcome and appreciate their humor and energy. They need a raise, get them gentlemen some more dough, they real ones.

I had asked one day if they were hiring they said yes and I filled an application out and had a interview from them. I went to my interview and the manager that was supposed to do my interview was clocking out so he said he didn’t have time to do my interview since he just got done clocking out a couple seconds ago Tried to throw me off on another employee and the employee ads that he’s not a hiring manager and told me that he sorry Also, I come to get food and nobody took my order. Waited outside for at least 30 minutes and nobody came. I do not recommend this place if you’re looking for good service and good people to talk to.

Has had multiple problems with food tasting of peanuts/peanut butter. Called store and got yelled at and hung up on by the GM. Food did contain some peanut protein as my girlfriend had an allergic reaction, I have never had this problem with any other Taco Bell store before.

Poor attitudes all over this place. Including the 2 managers that were working at 830 am on 6-28-25. One manager was screaming random things very loudly while i was in line. So, i came back around in the drive thru because, of course, the dining room was closed. I wanted my money back since the whole process was so unprofessional. The female manager at the window was extremely rude and argumentive. Completely unprofessional. Hey managers, you are poor because you have poor attitudes. The universe gives what you give. You 2 hand out poor attitudes and bad vibes all day. Thats why your life sucks and you work at taco bell.

Staff wouldn't help at new kiosk. Waited 20 minutes for food. Drove 20 more minutes home to find out meals were missing. Won't return to this location. They should refund me for this.....
