Rude manager and cold food. Typical Taco Bell.
The manager is an absolute joke. Allowed me to place my online order. wait in line for 15 mins in the morning while rushing work to tell me AFTER i ordered and waited that they refused to make my order bc it wasn’t breakfast. Corporate will be notified. You don’t deserve your job as a manager if you can’t serve your customers right or even be transparent while making customers wait. Time to find a new profession
Went through the drive thru and Ashley S. was great. She confirmed and made sure my order had no meat. Food was made perfectly and her service was great at the DT window.
I usually don’t have a problem with this Taco Bell but lately almost every single door dash order has been missing items!! Also the other day I ordered, and was CHARGED, for a burrito supreme and I got a dang Doritos loco taco. I didn’t notice right away because I didn’t eat it until later on. Ughhhhh I was so upset. Definitely double checking my orders from now on but come on, get it togetherrrr.
Power went out literally a minute before I got there to pick up my food and they were very polite even though it was chaos in the store

Messed orderv up refused refund and refused to remake order.
Took 45 + minutes, food order completely wrong and had multiple people in the lobby upset about waits and messed up orders. This place either needs new management/staff or to completely shut down this one.
NO FAST FOOD SHOULD TAKE 45+ MIN AND COME OUT MESSED UP. THAT’S NOT FAST FOOD!!
Won't be going back, and I'm not happy at all. When I walked to the counter, nobody greeted or acknowledged I was even there, and I didn't have a choice, I had to use the kiosk to order, so I left, because when going to a restaurant or out to eat, you should be helped and\\or waited on.

Holy crap. Ordered ahead and came through the drive through. Understood it’s late night but 30
minutes stuck in a drive through is totally unreasonable. Would’ve just left, but one e you pull in, you’re kind of stuck if anyone pulls up behind you.
At 2a.m. the food and service was still absolutely phenomenal. My food was hot, fresh, full, and filling.
Whichever manager was running the shift when I came through deserves a raise.
The store closes at 4 am. I placed an order at 230 after I got off work. Drove the 28 minutes to Taco Bell after placing my order on the app and had already paid. Once I pulled up to the speaker the recording asked if I would be using the app today. I said I placed an order in the app the lady working the drive through then only said Name? I gave my name she then pulled up my order for about 2 second on the screen then my total. Never told me to pull forward. So I pull up to the car in front of me. He leaves I then pull up to the window. No one says a word to me I sit there for around 5 minutes until the drive through worker opens the window and tells me they are out of beef. She told me they would put chicken on the stacker instead. I told her I would wait for more beef to be made. She told me it takes 30 minutes it’s only 320 at this point. I get it’s late and about to close but I ordered my food before 3 am and you don’t have the stuff needed to make it. I get it. But this women’s attitude was horrible. I will be following up with the area couch and the franchise owner. I’ve been here 3 times so far this late at night and have had a better experience here then at the on closer to my house during the middle of the day. That says a lot. But tonight that women working the drive through makes me think maybe I should stop coming here. I hope they clear this up. Still waiting on a response from someone through the Taco Bell app as she told me she can’t give me a refund since she “signed me in when I told her my name” don’t waste your time or money here at night.

I've really hesitated to post this the last 2 years but holy crap! Fist issue I've had hear was the crappy attitudes. Haven't had that issue recently.(for a few months now.) But then lately they just can't make food. Last night I didn't have the chips in my 3 lux boxes but I got cheese and the chalupas where a rubbery texture. Old, over cooked, whatever. but disgusting nonetheless. Today I have special modifications to my toasted breakfast burrito. Eggs are disgusting so I wanted no egg and extra steak. What did I get? A regular burrito the way it normally comes. Do better. There is always an issue like about a week ago when the Pepsi I got was Pepsi zero. It's insane! No sauces. Paid extra for sides of sour cream didn't get it. No napkins at times. Not plasticware. You guys have become the worst taco bell. I wish I could choose which taco bell brings my door dash but unfortunately I work on the same street and so it always comes from you. Do better!
