This is the worst experience I have ever had at a taco bell. I usually don't order online but I did last night and and only half of it was there. My Doordarsh driver was very good. Taco bell customer support said they would reach out to me after I gave a 1 star on my experience but they never did. You wanted me to rate my experience with taco bell you got it. The night crew in the taco bell kitchen must be at least half asleep. The taco bell in kirkwood will give you better service and give you your full order

EVERY SINGLE TIME I go through this drive thru they do something wrong. DO NOT USE THEIR DRIVE THRU. Tonight, they gave me somebody else’s door dash order! I was not there for door dash. I didn’t notice till my hungry butt was in my driveway but on a slight bright side, I got more food than I paid for. So sorry for the trouble Summer, they at least held onto your drink.

Came threw and was served by the manager Bird and he was super polite and very quick with my food and just very professional like all fast foods should be.Definitely recommend and 5 star all day to Manager Bird

terrible service time, drive thru is on hold with one car at the window, a line at the box. order gets messed up constantly, smells like marijuana every now and then late night.

I go to this taco bell quite frequently, tonight i was the only one in line around 10pm , i ordered a number 4 and then added cinnamonbon delights and chips and cheese. when i got home i had everything but the chips, they gave the cheese for the chips but i got no chips, its no big deal but when i just got off work and its late i dont want to drive back to get something i already paid for, separately at that it was an add on to the order.
We went through the drive-thru and met Lando, the most hype taco bell worker known to man. GET THIS MAN A PROMOTION HE GOT THE BEST SERVICE EVER!!!

Went there to dine in. Nobody else but us in the store at 4:39pm. Every table was dirty. No place to sit. The men’s bathroom had pee all over. The women’s bathroom at least was clean looked better than the rest of the store.I never write a review but this disgusted me enough to say something.

I typically customize a item that I purchase from the menu and they typically get it correct however, a few times they have not but I call up and explain to them the situation and then they typically tell me to come back and get it for free and they also have given me a coupon for future orders
