Haven't been everywhere, but one of the best soup dumplings I've ever had
Food: 5
The dumplings taste great. They are also outrageously priced for the portion size. The interior is relatively lack luster and the service the day we went was pretty terrible. We were not greeted when we entered, the kiosk to order was broken, we stated that we were having trouble and were not acknowledged. The cashier did take our order once I requested it and then when sat they suggested we grab our own chopsticks which were on a table less than 6 inches from the person suggesting we grab our own. For $30 we got essentially no service and 12 dumplings that were smaller than the frozen ones you get at the store.
Wonderful, casual place with wonderful soup dumplings. We also get the cucumber salad, which is tasty. We regularly eat here. Humble and good place. The other location in Des Peres is good also. Wish they also had vegetarian options for our kid.

Wife and I ordered steamed chicken dumplings and shrimp and cheese fried dumplings. Ordered 2 smoothies and the bill came up to $53 dollars. We seated ourselves and waited for the food to be delivered. After 15 minutes my wife got her food... No drink. The drink showed up 10 minutes later. I asked about my food and was told it was coming. My wife finished her food before my food showed up... No drink. I asked about my drink and I was told it was being made. Another 5 minutes before I received that. The smoothie had such large chunks of fruit in it that it kept clogging the straw. It wasn't very good on top of that. The food was bland and now tasty at all and I had to drain them before I bit into them due to the water they had in them. The place was like a school cafeteria with no style or flair... As bland as the overpriced food. There are few places I go that I swear to never go again but this one made the list. Don't waste your time or money going to a place that absolutely doesn't appreciate your business.

I got the steamed chicken soup dumplings and the cucumber salad, and they were delicious! Very flavorful. My favorite local soup dumplings spot. The dumplings had lots of liquid and the cucumber salad was very fresh and aromatic. Will definitely come back again.

loved the food price was kinda high for wat I got but every bite was worth it just wish I lived closer when I got home food was kinda warm but that comes from living a hour away
The dumpling is alright, just not worth the price. 12 dollar for just 6 tiny dumplings, even in a really good upscale restaurant it won’t cost more than here. I receive better service at MCDonald’s.

Very good!!
You know it’s a good sign when you can watch them hand make the dumplings! A little on the pricey side for the amount of food you get, but the freshness and authenticity makes it all worth it.
Steamed - Pan Fried - Noodles
We WILL be back to try the rest of the menu!

Just got home from a trip to Las Vegas and this was better than most of the places we ate there. Highly recommend!

Frequent flyer here! I only tried soup dumplings for the first time this year and wish I’d discovered them sooner. Eating them might feel a little different at first, but they’re absolutely worth the try (and any little mess).
I love the golden broccoli and the steamed or fried pork dumplings—both are fantastic. Looking for a great drink to pair with your meal? Try the tiger fruit tea—sweet, tangy, and refreshingly perfect!
