1st time trying this location and we all enjoyed our food. The man taking our order was friendly and funny. The food was actually hot, fresh and made correctly. Restaurant was clean. Wing Stop can be the worst with the attitude, long waits and crappy, cold food, luckily we do not encounter any of that at this location.

Ordered online, 7:04 was when it was supposed to be done. Waited until 7:15. I went in a guy greeted me and said you have a 3 minute wait I'll have that right out. 30 minutes pass I finally asked him is that my order sitting there. Instead of letting me know my food was done he decided to let me sit there. The staff there tonight was a complete disaster. They didn't put ranch on my fries as well and forgot my side sauce. What did I expect. I waited an hour and this is not acceptable, everything was cold. They did not know how to work as a team nor grasped the concept of multitasking. In all honesty they didn't know what they were doing at all. On top of this while I was waiting a man and his two kids have been there an hour. When he asked twice where his food was he said it will be another 5 minutes. They messed up there order as well. No chicken sandwich for his daughter nor her fries. I'm just dumb founded by the staff here. I will never come to this fenton location again. Get new staff that know how to hold down the fort.

Went there and purchased the meal for 2. After I paid I went to get my drinks. Soda machine was broken and not working. So I paid for 2 drinks but couldn’t use them. I asked the staff if they could refund me and none of them in there told me they didn’t know how. They said I could come back tomorrow and talk to the manager. Waste of my time. I guess customers have to start checking if the soda machines are working now in food establishments before they order.

this place used to be great! it used to be clean , stocked up and fresh food . now it’s so dirty in there it makes me uncomfortable, nothing is never stocked, trash every where, never ice in the soda machine and certain drinks are always out. they even wear what ever they want to and it just looks trashy and unprofessional. my chicken was cold , my fries were cold and they just threw a big tub of ranch that i didn’t ask for in my bag. (this has happened a couple of times) i will NOT be coming back .

Absolute freaken joke. Stood there 15 mins just to order. Girl didnt know what she was doing and wouldnt ask for help. Dude just let her struggle. No cares in the world.

I just called them to ask one small question. I was waiting for 20 minutes until a lady finally picked up, only to be extremely rude to me and hang up in my face and not even answer my question. Plus my friends told me their food takes forever and is often served cold. Not worth it.

I came here with my family and was promised free fries if i did a review for them through the reciept. Throughout the process the worker seemed upset they had to do their job they are getting paid for, I was charged $3 for free fries and i asked why and they said its cause of a water cup. The person before me got a water cup for free and when i asked why they said its cause im getting soda?? Assuming for what? Thanks isabella for giving me the worst experience.

The employees gf was having to help me because they were ignoring me. They didn’t give me my sauses that I had to pay $1.50 per sauce. Half the wings didn’t have any sauce on them, and the sauce it did have was absolutely digesting and we picked up the wings BEFORE they said it was ready for pick up but they were still cold. Please DO NOT EAT HERE, you’d get better wings if you just bought some frozen ones from Walmart. I’m so pissed I wasted $25 on literal dog 💩

Literally, this is the WORST experience I've ever experienced with any fast food/take out. This is the 1st time I've written a review due to substandard food & customer service.

Restaurant wasn't busy, but from the beginning there was a dismissive, bordering confrontational attitude with the front end staff.

As seen in previous reviews, my food was burnt, undebible and incorrect. Despite showing documentation of what email confirmation showed as the correct order, staff refused to acknowledge or remake food.

Clearly this was discriminatory/bias behavior because previous reviews indicate that incorrect orders were remade.

No info is listed on Wing Stops platforms stating that food can't be remade and/or refunded. Instead, I was referred to Corporate to request a refund or contact my bank to dispute the transaction, and keeping the garbage my family was served.

I waited for resolution per request only to be told that their General Manager (Sam Logan) would issue a refund in 5-10 business days.

Despite the lies/games that were played, I located their Corporate Office to report the issue & speak with their leadership team. Corporate franchises must still adhere to company values. When that's not possible, people have a right to refuse services. Had our money/time not been been wasted & instead allowing me to NOT take the food & providing a refund, no complaint would've been made.

I'll be calling the BBB & local health department next to address the food safety concerns that I didn't see until I got home.

Buyer beware.... DON'T PATRONIZE PLACES that don't have basic respect for people.
