Today on 6/28/25 I visited Wingstop in Fenton MO. There was only one guy there. His name was Logan. He was the best employee you guys have for this location. He was the only one working as no other employees showed up. He was so patient and kind even under the very stressful situation. He did nothing but apologize for the wait and helped every guest that came in with the best positive attitude anyone could have. He is so dedicated to his job and his customer service he deserves the absolute best praise anyone could give to him. Logan is such an outstanding guy and I wish him all the success life has to offer him. Wingstop please do something incredible for this man.

We were greeted as soon as we came in. The gentleman at the counter was super patient. We were ordering a lot for 9 ppl and he was very helpful. Food came out super fast, fresh, and correct. They didn’t over season our fries like some of the wing stops do. My only complaint, and this has been this way at a few locations, the floors are so greasy that they are slippery. I’m not sure what they use to clean the floors, but they need a serious degreasing. Overall would visit this location again.

Got food here and had to return b/c the they gave plain wings w parm but said there was Mexican spice (I tried it there wasn’t), but they remade it anyways and the new ones looked visibly different. Then I noticed the new boneless wings were extremely small, all 10. So idk it feels like they purposely did that.

literally can not make this up. saw an employee in a beanie rolling a blunt IN UNIFORM right outside of wingstop. this store is notorious for people smoking weed then going to work stoned but this is insane. wont be coming back

If I could put O stars I would this Wingstop is so unprofessional every time I called or got food it was never right I will never order from this wingstop ever again I drive all the way on Manchester to get fresh food the employees never really working always outside I never write reviews but today definitely struck a nerve with this place and I will be reaching out to corporate something needs to be done

If you order before so you save time , that is a no go , as they wouldn’t start making order until I arrived . Wasted most of lunch break waiting on that.
Fries were literally cold. No way they should serve fries this way.

I’ve been going to this restaurant multiple times a week doing DoorDash for about a year now. It’s been awful.. However, they just went under new management and the store is amazing! It’s clean, the employees are super nice. Keep up the good work everyone!

Today I went and ordered my meal with ranch. I received blue cheese, I went back and asked for ranch. They were like “ No problem”, but gave me blue cheese again. All I wanted was my Wingstop RANCH! There was clearly a mixup with the blue cheese and ranch. At this point I was tired of running in and out of there. Ruined my meal for sure, I HATE blue cheese by way so , yea.

Door dash messed up two of our orders the passed two times and we had to drive up to the store to get a replacement order. Logan the new GM took care of us fully. Not only did he replace our order but gave us extras!! He is personable, nice and a good human being.
