If you order before so you save time , that is a no go , as they wouldn’t start making order until I arrived . Wasted most of lunch break waiting on that.

I’ve been going to this restaurant multiple times a week doing DoorDash for about a year now. It’s been awful.. However, they just went under new management and the store is amazing! It’s clean, the employees are super nice. Keep up the good work everyone!

Today I went and ordered my meal with ranch. I received blue cheese, I went back and asked for ranch. They were like “ No problem”, but gave me blue cheese again. All I wanted was my Wingstop RANCH! There was clearly a mixup with the blue cheese and ranch. At this point I was tired of running in and out of there. Ruined my meal for sure, I HATE blue cheese by way so , yea.

Door dash messed up two of our orders the passed two times and we had to drive up to the store to get a replacement order. Logan the new GM took care of us fully. Not only did he replace our order but gave us extras!! He is personable, nice and a good human being.

Family of 6-8 depending on the day. We love wrong stop, get it often, almost always something missing but tonight after spending almost a 100. 00 we had a whole order missing, sent my daughters to return for the missing food, got bad, piss poor attitude n arguing from supposed manager. Immediately accusing us off trying to steal food. If that's how ppl are treated we won't go back there again. Fenton store needs new manager. I don't spend 100.00 , gas, n time to steal some chicken wings. So very aggravated n very disturbed to be treated in such a manner. Not a karen here, we just wanted what we paid for.

I purchased the 15 piece classic combo with half classic hot and half garlic parmesan. I received 7 classic buffalo and 5 garlic parmesans. Would not have been that big of a deal but I didn't notice until I got home. I obviously wasn't going to drive all the way back to get my 2 wings. But with as much as they charge these days for wings I would have rather have the two wings. Just disappointed!

Ordered $80+ worth of wings and other things. Only received celery, carrots and sauces and fries with 0 wings. Trash customer service as every time I called an automated service told me "no one was available to take my call". I will never use this location again.

I ordered over the phone whoever took the order couldn’t speak English or understand because my whole order was wrong. I explained when I came into the store they took my fries back and cross contaminated them added cheeses and gave them right back to me in a small box. I asked why did I not have the regular box he replied they didn’t have any in stock. Y’all food is too high to not get what I pay for. And cross contamination with all the restaurants that have Ecoli lawsuits in Missouri right now. When I come to a place I want what I pay for not anything less sorry not sorry I don’t have money to waste. The food is too high to not get what you pay for. And of course my 17 year old didn’t get a receipt and they didnt give her one so honestly I don’t know what I paid for at this point.

We waited at the register for about 15 minutes before anyone addressed us. There were about 7 employees “working” with hardly any customers. When we finally flagged an employee down to take our order, she was super rude and seemed put out to take our order. Completely understand slow service when restaurants get slammed, but there were hardly any customers and plenty of employees hanging out in the back. I love Wingstop and we don’t have many in the area, but I will never be back after how we were treated here.

Horrible experience. We waited up front to ORDER for about 10-15 minutes while people were sweeping/doing dishes/talking in the back. Completely ridiculous. There were about 7/8 employees working, three of them literally TALKING without even acknowledging the 6 people waiting in line to order. I love wingstop but I’m shocked this place is still allowed to be open. Straight up just acted like they did not want to be there and we were doing a disservice by trying to order some food.
