My spouse and I came from Illinois down to St.Louis MO on a small 2 day getaway…we ended up hungry after a long day of exploring and wanted to grab a bite to eat before we hit the road back home Not only did I search high and low for places did some research on TikTok and stumbled on to Cathy’s kitchen it was a bit out of our way but honestly IT WAS WORTH IT the environment was so welcoming! So genuine not only that her restaurant was easy to located and had an easy way to order they do not accept cash but accept card and or tap only !! Which was easy and convenient not only did she have amazing options of food choices but her Food let me say this WAS NOT ONLY DELICIOUS but OUTSTANDING her food felt like it came with so much love and from the heart like she had more then just a passion but just the most genuine love on cooking It is a blacked owned business ran by the most sweetest amazing soul I have ever met Cathy not only does she own it she is the chef behind those amazing meals she cooks I believe she has her family help as well the most kindest folks this places is a hidden gem for sure !!! my spouse and I will be coming back anytime we come down to St. Louis again I definitely recommend the Cajun pasta with the two piece wings or the catfish sandwich with fries definitely 1000/1000 best place to eat out there !!

Food great add a fish fillet and chicken alfredo very good a touch salty but I ate it anyway we had a automated robot bring our food thought that was cool and a touch for that restaurant a little smoky in there although you can't see the smoke it is in your clothes when you leave other than that it's the first time there and I want to try other dishes

They have amazing food, i had the voodoo shrimp and was in love with it, tired the philly n that was great too, got to say hi to the owner cathy and she seems like a wonderful woman with great energy. they have nice music playing while you dine in and it’s really clean inside. it was my first time here and i’m with out a doubt coming back.
Very nice place, delicious food and staff are amazing! Very well designed inside and out, food is amazing and prices are affordable, I’ve tried it here and loved it very community friendly !

the atmosphere was welcoming and laid back, the food was the best I've had in st. Louis 🥰 and staff was polite. I'd recommend the sausage pasta and Gumbo and fried corn fries were really good to everything was soo good it's hard to pick!!!!

I went in on a Thursday to try the special for that day. I don't expect a cheer team when I enter, but something better than what I got. I had to place my order at the kiosk, which is fine, but I feel that it takes away from experience. I also dislike, (This applies to any restaurant) having a tip option for to- go orders. That makes no sense because there's no real actual service like having a server at a table. Now the food.......I had 6 wings and six jumbo shrimp. The shrimp were severely overcooked, and the breading, although it didn't look burnt it tasted burnt. The chicken wings had the same issue. Both were bland and lacking flavor and seasoning. It just tasted like deep-fried flour.
