Don't want to say anything bad but it could been better.. sitting where they refilled people drinks wasn't good , i can say half the food wasn't bad , soulless food all i can say.
This was in 2015 and my aunt had died so we decided to support a black owned business. This is Celebrity Soul Food place. Wee called far in advance to notify them that we had a large group coming in. My cousin, her husband, my mom and siblings had to pay over $100 for the buffet. Everyone in our party also paid over $100. So they made well over $1000 or more from our business alone. The food was good and tasty and the owner was a little rude in the beginning but the waitresses...
The food was good for the price. However, the Dressing (cornbread dressing) needed to be baked longer. The mac and cheese was separating. I am not sure why people make it that way. Where's the cheese? But everything was great! I'd give it a B-. Some of the staff acted as if we were at a funeral. Smiles go a long way. And the guy that was manning the dessert was rude to my 8 year old niece. A little goes a long way and because he was rude, I won't return. IJS........
