I called them up and was talked to rudely called corporate office and never heard anything back from them. Paid $24.00 for 2 2 piece meals which in the went for 5.99 without soda side order

I ordered the Texas Sized Grande Meal, Spicy 8pc leg & thigh and 8pc tenders with baked Mac & cheese, fried okra, fries, x2 honey mustard and x1 bbq sauce. While my order was delivered on time, part of my order was missing. I did not receive the baked Mac & cheese, the fried okra, or the bbq sauce, and on top of that, the chicken wasn't spicy at all and didn't taste like much of anything. I definitely couldn't saved the $59 I spent on this order. Highly disappointed.

They should just gone head and shut it down. Apparently you can only have 2 packets of hot sauce with 5 pieces of chicken and they had no peppers if I knew they were out I would’ve went somewhere else I can’t eat church’s without the peppers. You order things that require a spoon and you don’t get one after being asked and you better check your food before you leave cause you gone get home missing everything.

Y'all gotta be kidding. Legit conversation, after placing my chicken sandwich order, " we don't have that. We got tenders and bone in chicken. No mash, no fountain drinks.My strips were definitely old. Fries were ok. The cashier was nice about it, but they still had so much not available.That location was rough. I will try another spot.
