first off I called about 4 times around 5pm no answer phone kept hanging up on me I ordered the deep dish pizza pep and sausage pizza wasn't deep dish at all looks like they tried to take their regular pizza and turn it into a deep dish pizza was as thin as a hand tossed pizza basically a square hand tossed pizza it was pretty good full of typing like always but not really what I ordered and was expecting as I've had the same from different locations throughout the north county area so I know what it should've been

This store is completely understaffed, and there 1 only one person to run the entire store from taking the order to making the order and running the register and cutting the pizza boxing it and hand it to customers... and that was the next service I've had from that location. If she was stressed or upset she definitely food not show it.. she did everything with a smile and the most sincere sounding "have a nice day"

Went to order a pizza on Friday night about 830pm. Online says location is open until 10p. Pulled up to store, ran in to order, employee asked if picking up. I said I wanted to order a pizza then he said "We're closed"

They are trash they never have any pizzas ready the portal is always broke and they never open on time. They need to just shut down at this point

If you decide to order and pay for something online and they don’t have it be prepared for them to just take and keep your money. They won’t say anything until you get there and when you do pick it up they won’t bother to offer anything else or fully explain how to get a refund. You have to go through all these steps and loopholes to get YOUR money back. Their system seems to be way outdated. So if you do decide to order from here call or order in person.

I stayed in the front at the counter for the longest of time and no one said anything to me. Several people looked up front but no one asked are you okay have you been have you ordered have been taken care of so I just left

Not only did they mess up my order. They told me that it would be another 30 minutes before I could receive it after they messed it up. Also when I canceled my order they told me I had to call for a refund. Without equivocation this is absolutely the worst Little Caesars I've ever been to. I've been there four or five times and have the miserable four or five times will never go back to this location.
Poor customer service! Yes they were busy atm I went at 830pm. Little Caesars on West Florissant, worker had to come to the door to unlock it, asked me if I had an order or door dash. When I said no I'm placing an order she insisted they were out of bread sticks and ICB. I just took my money to SteaknShake, at least they were not turning paying customers away at the door because they didn't wanna cook any more food.

Went here about 2 weeks ago. I order the lunch special, 3 bread sticks for $3 and a brownie. Nothing was done. Its like the oven wasnt working. Instead of saying that he gave me the food anyway and the brownie was still frozen smh never again

I have tried to order twice from this store. The first time for my classroom, they canceled my order and didn't bother calling so my kids had no lunch. The second time I tried to order online and it said to call and no one answered. Clearly poorly ran or they just don't want business.

This use to be a good spot. I walked in to place an order and was told there was a 3 hour wait and they where closing like around 7pm. I don't know what happened but they really fell off.
