Parking: Other than being slow to take orders, the drive-through service is very good.
The delivery service at dinner time still leaves a lot to be sorry about. Inaccurate orders with missing items constantly, food thrown together with little reguard for ascetics, often cool or cold by the time you receive your order, likely because they will deliver multiple orders to deliver at once -- taking up to 30 minutes AFTER they leave the store, when my home is 5-6 minutes away.

McDonalds at this point just get rid of y'all ice cream and shake machines. Everytime I door dash for shake along with my food. Guess what I never received when my order come? The darn shake? So are y'all machines broken or are the employees too lazy to clean the machines? I am done with

Man at the food windows giving out food, had gobs of mucus in the corners of his mouth and snot coming out his nose. Couldn't eat my food and get that vision out of my mind. Disgusting......

Slow service especially in the morning. Staff don’t know how to rotate lines correctly and will leave you waiting and service someone who came after you. I wouldn’t recommend spending a dime. Parking lot is always dirty and some staff don’t have customer skills worth a dime.

Placed my order online an hour ago. Called to cancel the order and one of the customer support people advise they couldn't do anything until the order was processed. I placed this order at 10:28a it's 11:40a and still no damn order. I'm tired of people applying for jobs they can't handle yet beg for $15+ an hour. Y'all deserve to be replaced by AI.

I recently visited this restaurant and asked a female staff member about the price of an item. Before I could finish my question, she interrupted me and stated that the item was not sold here. This was incorrect, as I know McDonald’s does sell cookies. I wasn’t planning to purchase anything; I was simply inquiring about the price. The staff member, who had blonde and black braids and was on the heavier side, was very dismissive and rude in her response.
