I ordered food through DoorDash.I ordered Big Mac meal and fish sandwich and the food was horrible!The Big Mac tasted old,the fries and fish sandwich was old as well and cooked in old grease.My dasher said the food was just sitting by the window and worker was walking around talking on the phone.So he had to repeatedly beat on the window for like 20 mins until worker finally can to the window.Don’t go here!

It's McDonald's took at least 30 minutes to even give me to the window to order my food and then when we got to the window to order my food we had to pull over another 5 minutes before we got the food. This McDonald's gets very poor ratings because of their time getting food out to their customers rather you go in or whether you are in line. Please try to avoid this McDonald unless you have to go here

Employees show no knowledge of customer service. Just tossing people their food and straws. Lobby is full and no one really cares. It's ridiculous. McDonald's has taken away the customer service and replaced it withlonger wait times and crap service.

Don't answer when you tell them just leave and go back and get it. Literally got smart when I asked if she was going to get the rest of my order because she was just standing there looking at me. Then just walked away and sent someone else out to give it to me. This why those videos happen on tiktok

This McDonald's is appealing to the eye. I went through the drive thru although there was a wait, my order was hot and correct. I did notice that their small frappe is cheaper than where I normally get them. I appreciate that!!!!

Twice this week waited over 25 minutes for two Happy meals. Not happy. They need to learn the definition of fast or fast food. I will not be back to this location for a very long time.
No matter what time of the day you come to this place, the wait time is usually between 30 and 40 minutes. I am trying to find something nice to say about this place, but I just can't find any. If another restaurant, like a ChicFila opens here, they'll not be in business here longer again. Not that Chic Fila has better food than McDonald's, but they have a way better more superior ervice than MCD. These people need to understand that business that don't take care of business will eventually go out of business.

Went here at 1am after work and was told I have to have a mobile order or door dash. So I had to sit in drive through and put in a mobile order to get service!!!! Only at this location do I have this problem 😔
