Disappointed. Ordered peach cobblers and caramel cakes for my parents birthday. Prepaid for the order online and nobody responded. I emailed. Texted. Called. Nothing. They gladly took the money off of the credit card but did not arrange for me to pick up my order. I had to contact the card company for a refund. To this day? Nobody from the shop has contacted me. Very disappointed. If you are looking to do business with the Howdershell location, buyer beware.

Wish you sold your cake slices somewhere in south or jefferson county (if you do, let me know)! I get some slices each time I visit a restaurant I like out in St Charles. I’m not sure what these negative reviews are mentioning dry. This cake us very moist and flavorful. I’ve had slices of different flavors. Never been disappointed.

Amazing breakfast sandwiches. And if your like me and shun the swine,. These guys cook a turkey bacon that'll have you coming back every morning. A huge plus for those of us who don't eat pork. A big, super huge Keep it up Kelley's. You guys are outstanding.

I actually picked up a slice from New York Grill ...not the best but 3 stars for the icing....the cake part was dry. I most likely won't buy another one

Natalie's Cakes and More did our wedding cake and it was so good!!!! Me and my husband was looking for some more cake when we got home they had eaten all the cake up. Man that cake was awesome thats still one of our memory from our wedding (the missing cake)
I visited Natalie’s cake shop today for the first time. It looks good based off the pictures on the website. When I got there they had nothing to choose from. The sugar cookies I ordered definitely came from the Walmart bakery I know because we buy them all the time, same size texture and taste. The croissant donuts they served definitely was fromSchnucks’s bakery. And the cupcakes I got for my daughters definitely was from the mini cupcake packs from the local grocery store. NOTHING AT THIS STORE WAS FRESHLY BAKED THERE. The lady at the counter said the card machine was down and could not do simple math, she used a calculator over charged me and still gave me incorrect change. This place was a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. These people are advertising other stores products as theirs. I could’ve went to Schnucks and got fresher product. At least I know the desserts at Schnucks came from their own bakery. Natalie’s cake shop will never get my business again. FIRST AND LAST TIME!! smh

Inconsistent store opening times. Waste of gas driving up to see if or when they will be open. Store hours not updates in google maps. Then today there was a sign in the door that says only selling in stores now. Disappointed is an understatement.
