St. Louis Fish & Chicken Grill -FERGUSON

I go to this location often at least once a month. This time I was very disappointed. The catfish nuggets had little to no seasoning. My fried shrimp didn't look like they were even cleaned and lacked seasoning as well. My fried mushrooms weren't fried all the way. As I picked them up they literally were falling apart. Not sure if they changed cooks or not but I miss the old cooks because my foot was always seasoned to perfection and cooked correctly.

The catfish was fantastic.

The fried chicken was well prepared but bland. It needs more seasoning. I wish they offered a hot chicken option.

The cakes looked good but weren't anything special.

This is the 1st Fish n Chicken/Miami Grill type of spot, in Stl, that had moist, fresh cake‼️‼️‼️‼️ I bought a carmel cake and is highly satisfied. Hopefully the rest of their desserts are fresh and tasty when you try it.

Just stopped for a late night meal and was not greeted when I walked in guy taking order behind counter hunched all over then they served me so already cooked pre heated fries and chicken if it wasn’t for me living a minute away I would of taken it back up to there❗️

Everything here is delicious and the food is very well priced. My family and I love to pick up a variety of things here for dinner when we don't feel like cooking. Definitely recommend

The cheese stick was cooked with fish you can taste it. They put 2 orders together shorting the fries that is supposed to come with the meal. So my guest had to eat out the same container.

I drove all the way over there yesterday from St. Peters, MO to get their fish, wish is usually the BEST, but why was the fries & fish horrible!! It was so bad we couldn’t eat the fries nor fish due to its pungent smell!!! I spent almost $30 on some nasty food!!! After working my second job and was hungry only to be disappointed! I honestly feel like they gave me old fish & fries or the ladies food that was return due to the HARD non eatable fries she complained about and the young lady at the register was not happy with the return. It’s hard to believe they actually sold me the worst food I ever had in my 55 years.
It was really disappointing to drive across town to get bad food!!!!!! We just threw it away because we couldn’t do anything else, and was still hungry. We said we would never go there again because we don’t ever want to be disappointed again! Lost a long time customer. Bad food & bad customer service equals $0.00. If you don’t want to take customers orders, then don’t be on the front line..period! If I could give them no star ⭐️ I could. Bad all around….HARD FISH & FRIES!!! If I had dentures they would have fallen out, I almost broke a teeth on the fries. You could tell they were old fries and they tried to reheat them!!
WARNING ‼️ Please check your food before leaving out the door!!!! I don’t usually say anything but this was BAD……..St. Louis Fish & Chicken you got to do better for your customers, it’s about quality not just money.

Parking: No one was there so the parking was good! Which the food was!!! HORRIBLE FOOD!!!!!!!!
